Gair have just replaced our central heating boiler and radiators. From survey to finished installation the job went well. The surveyor and engineers were friendly and polite, they were considerate of our home and how the new piping to the new radiators would look. my request to not have too much disturbance and redecorating to do afterwards was also met. They were tidy workers and kept me informed of what they were doing and why. The complete installation took one and a half days. I am very happy with the installation and their workmanship. The company also offered interest free credit for this work.

Two engineers, Zain and Max, turned up on time to replace my seven radiators. They worked efficiently and unobtrusively, whilst keeping me informed as to progress and the work was completed within around six hours. They also tidied and cleaned before they left and removed the old radiators.

Sam worked very hard to replace our boiler's cylinder. He did the job itself neatly and cleaned up thoroughly, and explained things clearly. Excellent.

The engineers were courteous and respectful of our home, and no mess made or left behind highly recommended .

Happy, smiling Kieran arrived on time & straightaway start to change the under guarantee push-plug in the cloakroom sink. It didn't take very long, and the replacement looks good! He also put the toilet seat lid back on that my Granddaughter had managed to 'separate', without me asking! So an excellent result, & definitely service with a smile! 😊

Friendly and reliable staff. We had a Quooker hot/cold water tap fitted, Clear instructions of how to use were given and not just handed the manual.
Efficient staff from original consultation to the fitting.

I cannot fault Gair Gas on their service. Always happy to attend, even on small jobs, as mine was. Quick response. The engineers are always very helpful in answering your questions to help you understand your equipment.

I incorrectly thought I could change a defective light switch. This proved substantially more complicated than I had hoped. I contacted Gair who now offer electrical services. Tom came out and fitted in total 7 new switches. He was on time, polite, tidy and extremely competent. This is an excellent service provided by a local company and I highly recommend Gair for any electrical issues you may have in your home.

I contacted Gair following a recommendation and they responded quickly. They managed to install a new boiler very quickly and I was impressed with the quick response. Very happy with the service and I will continue to use them.

Having had the problem diagnosed and part ordered at the end of last week, Isaac and his colleague came to fit the new programmer today. They worked together efficiently and were very good about teaching me how to use the new programmer. They cleaned up perfectly when they finished and were easy to have around … friendly and very personable. Thank you!

Our boiler failed to start and a morning call to Gair Home Services had a very helpful and reassuring response, promising a visit from an engineer within 24 hours. In fact an engineer came later that morning and by early afternoon our boiler was up and running again.

From getting a quote which we accepted to getting the new combi boiler installed, Gair Home Services were excellent. They listened to what we were looking for and explained everything that needed to be done, everything was confirmed in writing and customer service could not be faulted.
