Dépot interdits et impossibles, clôture impossible, résidents FR, fuyez !
Compte ouvert et validé assez rapidement. Je découvre ensuite qu'il est impossible de déposer des fonds pour un résident fiscal Français : support contacté, réponse évasive "oui on sait mais on sait pas vous dire pourquoi".... ça sent un blocage des régulateurs ou autre, bref ça pue. Je demande une fermeture de mes comptes... 2 mois plus tard rien n'est fait.
Bref, impossible de trader avec ce courtier pour un résident français. Nous sommes en 2025, toujours vrai sur la periode Octobre / Décembre 2025.

Hello. Thank you for your feedback. At the International entity, all bonus withdrawals follow specific conditions that every client agrees to when accepting the bonus. Profit withdrawals can only be processed once those requirements are met. Your account actions were handled strictly according to the agreed terms, not arbitrary decisions. Also, please note that we no longer offer bonuses.

I had a very disappointing experience with FXOpen. After depositing my funds and making some trades, I attempted to withdraw my money but the process failed multiple times. I contacted their support team, but I never received a helpful response. It's very frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better service from a trading platform. Unless they improve their system and communication, I cannot recommend FXOpen to anyone.
