I was called back for company fleet cover by Clare Morgan. From start to finish Clare was excellent. Took all the details required and awaited me forwarding the CCE I was waiting for from previous insurer. Once recieved she found a great deal which included some extras I had not even thought about. Clare Morgan really went out of her way to get us the best possible price for our fleet insurance. she came back with great recommendations and got us a good price, This quote has saved us over £500 on the renewal price. Clare has been very helpful and knowledgeable, look forward to renewing next year and getting quoted for other policys.

I recently renewed our motor fleet insurance and spoke with several brokers during the process. From the outset, Tom was professional, responsive and easy to deal with.

Tom understood our requirements and secured a competitive quotation. Not only did they obtain a premium that was lower than we had expected, but they also found a policy with Zurich that offered benefits and cover more suited to our business needs.

Communication was clear throughout, questions were answered promptly, and there was no pressure at any stage of the process. It's refreshing to deal with a broker that focuses on finding the right solution rather than simply chasing the lowest premium, although that is also a factor.

Based on my experience so far, I would have no hesitation in recommending Fuzzy and look forward to working with them next year when the renewal is due.

I have often found renewals to be frustrating, with information arriving late and requiring a lot of chasing, which has frequently led me to look elsewhere. It would be great if next year's renewal process could be simpler and more straightforward, with key information provided proactively and in good time.

Having built a good relationship with Tom throughout this process, I am optimistic that next year's renewal will be far less stressful and more efficient. If that proves to be the case, it will certainly be a refreshing change from my previous experiences with insurance renewals.

Andy was great in getting me the best quote for my fleet insurance.
Andy accepted the challenge and was happy to try and beat any other quotes that I had where as other brokers accused me of moving goal posts.
