Well packed and delivery in time (foreign country).
All cables from UK are not easily available in the place where I live (in France). I was happy to receive a particular product from Futureshop. It was very well packed and the delivery was quick.

Great service and fast delivery.
Ordered 4 chord speaker plugs. One had a grub screw missing. Rang up and they sent out a new plug the next day without any fuss.

Good prices and excellent service
Have ordered many things from FutureShop and have always had a very good experience. Orders were sent very quickly, sometimes already on the day I ordered. Once made a mistake and ordered banana plugs which in the end I could not use. Was no problem sending them back for a refund. Warmly recommended.

Wow...what service!!
Came across this company after a Google search and called them for more information and advice. Adam (senior tech.) explained the pro's and con's of various solutions I was considering and offered alternatives within my budget. Their warehouse is close to where I live so I decided to pay a visit and collect my cables at the same time. I was very impressed by their set up. They have huge amounts of stock and this explains the quick delivery they are able to provide. This is my go to company for cables and I am glad I tried them. They have a great team backing them up.

Im not an audiophile but do own some mid tier set-up and dont have lots of time to research and spend weekends on selecting equipment. Gary/Adam were excellent with their guidance on choosing equipment for my setup over the phone. They were extremely helpful and were consistent in their advice (stopped me from buying something that wasnt right and expensive). This was my first experience ordering hi-fi audio equipment online and i must say it was an education and pleasure. Prices were great and shipment and product delivery were quick (though the local post service in Sing delayed it by a few days). If one wants good advice, great prices, new equimnt and a wide range to choose from - look no further and only buy here.

Faultless in every way!
I buy quite a number of audio and video cables and as far as I'm concerned there is only one place to buy them from. Not only do the guys at Futureshop offer excellent advice but their service is second to none! Their delivery service is simply first class. Orders are always processed and dispatched same day and for me always arrive at my door 2 days later at the very most, usually the following day! I am very critical when it comes to online purchasing but I have to say, Futureshop really are up there with the best of retailers!
