Steam room out of order with no plans to fix it. Hydro pool also out of order. Apparently both have been out of action for over 6 months. Simply unacceptable. There is not even a notice on the website regarding this - I joined thinking I would be able to use all facilities. Additionally, much of the gym equipment is not in working order - for example one of the rowing machines is missing a foot rest and neither of their screens work. Half of the cycling machines don’t work or are semi-broken with no signage stating which ones so you have to try about three different ones to get one that works. Also very limited opening hours which is unusual for a busy gym.

Classes and gym availability are good and well run by the instructors and the staff are very pleasant The only negative is that I feel the main changing room needs to be checked more often for cleanliness.

It’s in Edmonton Green and always staff don’t know anything whenever I asked them anything and swimming area is very dirty always

Ivybridge Leisure Centre.
My grandaughter has become more confident in the water since swimming lessons.
She also looks forward to a treat afterwards at the coffee shop. Such friendly staff.
Ivybridge changing rooms weren't very clean, lots of hair and dirt on floor hence the 3 stars. Such a shame, let yourselves down today

Brilliant facilities and staff. Lots of choice for classes suiting all ages and abilities. Fabulous pool and gym. Just a really inclusive place ... and I'm no gym bunny!!

The Fusion Management does not maintain Leatherhead Leisure Centre. There appears to be a total disregard of all users and members of the centre (that include people with disabilities and children), the residents & Council Tax payers of the Mole Valley district, the district council and Fusion’s own staff at the centre who have an impossible task. Thankfully there are some excellent instructors at the centre who make visits and classes worth while. Plus the new catering company is doing a good job.
It is also beyond belief that the management failed to repair the air conditioning in the spin studio despite the hot weather in the summer, that there are so many spin bikes that don’t work & are possibly dangerous, that the diving pool has not been maintained & the recent leak has caused a whole studio floor to lift.

The gym is a mess: both rowing machines are broken; I was in a spin class last week and the bike's onboard 'computer' froze half way through and I had to switch bikes. The instructor was also warning off us using certain bikes because their computers also don't work; the 'wet' room is a total disgrace. I have only been a memebr for a month but apparently the jacuzzi and steam room haven't been working for most of the year. Even the sauna which does work is v poor - never hot enough and both the sauna itself and the 'wet' room smell of urine. The showers in the men's changing rooms are also poor and smell. In the changing rooms appx 1/3 of the lockers don't work. It's an embarassment. The only reason i have not cancelled mymmembership is because I am injured and cannot run so need to use the cardio machiens and classes. The staff are friendly and apologietic but are forced to excuse the inexcusable. I feel sorry for them because goodness knows how many complaints they must get.

Truly shocking experience and for £60 pcm??? Joined Leatherhead gym 6 weeks ago…only just started to go and it’s truly shocking. Here’s the issue list;

1.Changing rooms..only about 3 showers work, when I say work trickle. The disabled cubicle is the only shower to work properly with pressure.
2.Changing room ceilings have come down with leaks.
3.Sauna out of action now 4 weeks.
4. Steam room no lights since I joined.
5. The gym lacks many basic weights machines that you find as standard in nearly all gyms.
6. Todays broken machine count was 6 machine with do not use and yellow tape over them, that’s around 40% of the weight machines in the gym not working and have been so for weeks.
7. What is working is poorly maintained and I fear cables snapping on me like the other machines out of action have happend.
8. The gym is leaking water from the ceiling, areas of the gym are no cordoned off, others bins acting as buckets to catch the water from the ceiling.
9. Water fountain tape endlessly pouring no way to turn it off.

I could continue but it’s simply not worth the bother. It’s single handedly the worst kept poorly equipped gym I have ever encountered and to me I am uncomfortable using it further for fear of personal injury.

The swimming premises, changing rooms are not clean. The lockers do not have keys, so there are theft incidents. I asked using sauna many times but I was informed that the sauna was not available as there is a staff shortage. I could not use the sauna since I started. When I try to stop my membership because of not using the sauna, the employees are not able to do it, or they do not want to do it, they always tell me to do it online also the website is not available to do this, I could not do it on the website. I have been paying for 5 months without getting any service. It is unacceptable as I became a member especially for using the sauna but I could not use it. So they are not in compliant with the contract; I am paying but not getting service, this is not fair. Please stop my membership and refund my 5 month membership fee.

Several issues that were disappointing:
- no loo paper in the ladies Gym toilet
- broken hairdryer
- broken cabinet door
- steam room not working
- no cleansing liquid in the Gym
- cold showers
Hopefully management will act on these points.

Very disappointing maintenance record. Steam room out of action all month, men’s changing room showers only cold for a week and still not fixed, both urinals in men’s changing room out of action today, paper towel dispensers regularly empty and rubbish bins often full - needs significant improvement

Have only been for one month but no problems at all. Staff have been polite and friendly, making for a pleasant experience.

Friendly staff clean facilities. Instructor put right at ease on first lesson. Can't wait to go back .

So far the experience has not been good and this is down to the facilities.
Showers broken for over 3 weeks now and no warm or hot water to wash with after using the pool.

The toilets smell of urine and are constantly blocked or out of order.

I feel sorry for the young staff who have to get complaints and abuse from people everyday regarding the state of the place.

It's unacceptable and I shall be asking for a refund for this months renewal unless the issues are resolved this week ending 22nd Oct 2023.

I would definitely not recommend southbury leisure centre to anyone I know .

Honestly -- the staff at the Weald make every day a joy to visit. Charlie, Rebecca, Jason, and all the team member greet everyone with a smile and sunny disposition.

Shocking company. Don't invest in their leisure centres. Pay badly, never have enough staff and when things break down (like their app, their pool pump, their sauna) they don't inform anyone and shunt all the swimmers from one pool to another ALONG WITH the people who've already booked and paid then divide the pool into a zillion crowded lanes and look blank when you ask them why.

Have been a member for one month. Joined the Leisure centre to use the swimming facilities .
First month into the subscription and swimming bookings have been cancelled twice at the last minute which I find very frustrating, especially when I’m trying to work the Leisure centres rota around my busy work rota.
Will be cancelling my membership.

Friendly environment. I pray that you the monthly subscription should be reviewed to a lower amount from £42.00 for seniors.

Great range of classes catering for all abilities with highly experienced instructors. Superb gym induction and specific programme designed taking into account my particular requirements. Friendly staff team at Strode Leisure.

The company is doing a great job "most of the time".
It is disappointing though when one of your trainers goes on holiday, and there is NO COVER arranged, this leave all the participants with no program.
On one day there are up to 16 of us in one program followed with another where I counted 33 in the acqua. This is many participants left disappointed.
There should be "stand in" replacements when you have known well in advance of the arrangements.
