I love Fushi

I love Fushi!
I had a recent query about a delivery which was resolved in a way which was so helpful and pleasant that the experience felt really beneficial to one's wellbeing.
That's what I have experienced through the products which I keep returning to, herbs and oils, so the contact with 'helpfushi' reinforced the overall ethos that runs through the company.

organic castor oil

I absolutely love this organic castor oil — it’s become my go-to for so many things! I use it as a nourishing hair mask once a week and I’ve noticed my hair feels thicker and healthier. It’s also amazing for my brows and lashes — they look fuller and stronger now. Sometimes I even apply a tiny bit to dry patches on my skin and it works wonders. I really appreciate that it’s 100% pure, cold-pressed, and food-grade — you can tell the quality is top-notch. A little goes a long way, so this bottle lasts for ages. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a natural multitasker!

Miraculous products

Miraculous products
Why have I used chemicals on my skin for years! I now trust Fushi with my skin. Shea butter has my skin glowing, Rosehip has helped with breakout on my face and customer service is wonderful.I couldn't be more grateful to have found this lovely company and its wonderful products.

organic Argan Oil - great product

They have a great product in organic Argan Oil. I regularly buy it. They recently had a problem with a new design for the top. I contacted them about the problem and they got back to me very quickly to address my concerns.

Gorgeous products

Love every product I have used from Fushi. Suffered years with mild acne looking at so many different routines and products. Since December I have been using these products and they have worked wonders for my skin. My favorites would be jojoba oil, rose hip oil and the carrot oil 😃

Wow these products are outstanding

Wow these products are outstanding. Pure and in glass bottles. I love everything I have purchased. I recently purchased the aloe Vera drink and it is so good. The carrot & castor oil is amazing to. So many good things for health and wellbeing.

This has dented my faith

I've bought oils from Fushi on many occasions and I've had no problems and I really like the brand ethos. However, I was recently considering buying their Multi Essentials product (vitamins and minerals) which is described as a “Comprehensive blend formulated with wholefoods, herbs with all of the essential micronutrients needed for optimum health.” However, I noticed that it includes two synthetic ingredients - B12 in the form Cyanocobalamin, rather than the natural form of methylcobalamin which is more bioeffective and typically better regarded; and vitamin C in the form of Ascorbic Acid which is known to irritate the digestive system and is not very well absorbed. Typically, these ingredients are used because they are cheap, which is curious given Fushi's professed values. I asked Fushi about this and they sent an honest reply admitting the issues and confirming that the Multi Essentials is a very old formula which they plan to delist very soon. Whilst I appreciate the honesty at this time, I am disappointed that Fushi sold a product with synthetic ingredients, whilst professing wholefood origins. The inferiority of these two ingredients has been well known for a long time. Customers who want to avoid the consequences of poor quality supplements need to be able to trust those companies that profess to offer better. Therefore, it is understandably disappointing when those companies appear to be saying one thing and doing another. I really want Fushi to be who they say they are as a brand but this has dented my faith somewhat. I hope they can restore it at some point.

Terrible! Order lost in mail, replacement damaged, bad review hidden from website.

*Edit: I am updating my review to include 2 stars since Fushi sent me a free bottle of wild carrot oil and container of shea butter with a note apologizing for their mishandling of my previous order. I appreciate the free items, although I was dismayed to see that the free items (packaged in glass) were only wrapped in a paper with no bubble wrap; just like my replacement order which arrived broken due to no bubble wrap. Fushi, please use bubble wrap with your glass items.

I am very disappointed to have had such a bad recent experience with this company after being a long-time customer. The issue is not the quality of their products since they have nice products. The issue is their terrible packaging and customer service. On April 11, 2025, I ordered 4 bottles of camellia oil and 1 shea butter which came with a free bottle of carrot oil. The initial order went missing in the mail, so I contacted customer service who said they would send me a replacement after 21 business days. After 21 business days, I contacted customer service 3 times on 3 consecutive days to ask for the replacement that they promised me. They did not respond until the 3rd day when I emailed them a 3rd time. They said they did not receive my first 2 emails which made no sense, but they sent me a replacement. Well, the replacement arrived with oil soaking the entire package and oil and broken glass inside the package since they did not use bubble wrap to protect any of the glass bottles which meant all my items were not safe to use. I also received a letter from my post office with the shipping label from my original order. My post office received the label from the original order separate from the actual package which is missing. My post office said if the sender had secured the shipping label to the package with tape and included a document with my name and address in the package, the post office would more easily be able to locate the package for me. I tried to salvage some of the items from my order. All the seals were loose on the camellia oil bottles except for 1 bottle which had a dry, tight seal. Since the bottle was covered in oil, I gently rinsed it in water for a couple seconds at which point the seal came loose. At this point, I got really frustrated and left a 1 star review on their website complaining about the missing order, damaged replacement, and loose seals on their products. Customer service contacts me to say they saw my bad review and refunds me my money, but offers no free replacement. I spent hours contacting my post office and filing multiple search and missing mail requests with my post office. If Fushi really cared about their customers, they would have offered me a free replacement with a refund. It is now May 31; almost 2 months later that it took to resolve this terrible transaction. Fushi is also dishonest. They filter their reviews and only allow positive reviews on their website since my poor review is not listed on their website. I will not be shopping with Fushi any longer.

You first contacted us on 26th April, expressing worry that your parcel may have been lost in transit with USPS and informing us that you had filed a missing parcel claim. In line with our 21-day replacement policy for international posts and seeing as there seemed to be active tracking available- we confirmed we would be happy to send a replacement if the parcel had not arrived within that timeframe.

When you followed up on 15th May to let us know the original parcel still hadn’t arrived, we moved forward with arranging your replacement order. We also sincerely apologise if you felt there was a delay in communication during this time, we understand how important timely support is, especially as a long-standing and valued customer.

Your replacement was shipped with the same care and packaging standards we apply to all our international orders. Unfortunately, on 27th May, you informed us that the parcel had arrived in poor condition, with one bottle broken and two others leaking. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been, and we issued a full refund immediately as a gesture of goodwill for the entire parcel , damaged and non damaged products.
We also want to confirm that your review has been published and is fully visible on our website. We welcome all feedback, whether positive or critical, as it helps us continue to improve and better serve our community.

Please rest assured that your experience has been taken seriously and will be reviewed with our dispatch and logistics team. We’re grateful for your continued support and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future with the care and quality you expect from Fushi.

Do not recommend their products!

Do not recommend their shampoo.
At least for sensitive scalp. I've used their amla shampoo 3 times and I've got itchy bumps all over my scalp, my forehead, my neck and on my back & shoulder. Also my whole scalp was itchy and had burning feeling for a week and the bumps stayed for weeks without any improvement.
They are using way too much essential oils in their shampoo.
I also wrote a review on their page regarding this shampoo and they kindly deleted it. No surprise they have only 5 star reviews on their page... shame on them.

We want to assure you that all of our products are formulated with natural, high-quality ingredients, including essential oils used within recommended safety guidelines. However, we recognise that everyone's skin and scalp can react differently, especially when sensitivities are involved.

Regarding your review on our website, please know that reviews can take up to 7 days to appear due to our standard moderation process. Quality products at reasonable prices

Loving the quality products I am getting from Fushi.
Super impressed with everything I've tried. They have a wide range of face/body natural products and nutritional supplements.
Their customer service is second to none, thanks Greeshma, always friendly and happy to give helpful advice if you need it.

Fushi Radiance Face Cream…

I bought the Fushi Radiance Face Cream recently and am very very pleased with how it moisturises my skin, and how easily it's absorbed. I love that it's biovedic and organic.
I'm in my 70's and it replenishes the moisture my skin loses, and makes it soft and supple. I would like the texture to be firmer, ( it's a little runny), otherwise this face cream is lovely .
