I've had a suite from furniture village before about 11 years ago the salesperson was very helpful and knowledgeable..I went in today and the same salesperson was there name of tony .had same friendly and helpful outcome .and bought a new suite .

Tony (Telford branch) was very helpful with our sofa query so we could add a couple of units to our original sofa. Made the purchase stress free and easy to do.

Jayne S in Telford forge retail was very personable and her attentiveness and understanding not pressuring us into the sale was much appreciated. She allowed us to take time and re-visit to get the perfect table and dining chairs!

Our second visit to Furniture Village was excellent. Karen Cook looked after our order and we felt confident that all would go well…and it did. Our new chairs were delivered within two weeks by a couple of great delivery gentlemen who showed extreme care and courtesy with the delivery. Thanks to all for super service.

Customer service was great, Jayne sargent was very friendly and very helpful when serving us.

I had a great experience with furniture village.
We were estimated a 9 week wait for our 4 seater aura sofa and cuddle chair arrived in 6 weeks. The sofa is beautiful, in kenzo cream and the cushions are lovely and plump.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Jayne in the telford store was very attentive and helped us finalise everything and made sure we were happy with our final order.
The delivery drivers were lovely and helpful arriving early to assemble furniture with no fuss.
I did order a rug to match, but on arrival it wasnt what i expected. So i returned it to the telford store and received a full refund straight away back into my bank account.

If i had one critisism it would be that i was told i would receive a text on delivery day with an estimated time, id had no message so i left to take my son to school and saw the furniture village van drive round the corner! But the drivers waited outside for me to get back.
All in all great experience and love our new sofas 5 star would definately recommend

After months of searching we finally found something we both liked and could agree on, a sofa and chair. Tony was very helpful with demonstrations and offering alternatives for us to consider and giving us a quote without being a “pushy” salesman. He phoned the company directly in order to answer our questions and we now feel confident with our purchase and looking forward to it arriving! 😊

Jayne Sargeant at the Telford Forge Retail Store was very helpful, courteous and professional throughout the entire process when we were choosing our wardrobe.

We were greeted by Tony who was friendly and helpful but not pushy/hard sell. We chose a dining table and chairs and found Tony who completed the sale, explaining every detail and giving us all the relevant information. He gave us contact details so we could be kept informed regarding delivery. He was so nice and easy to talk to, offered us drinks and even a cookie. Great shopping experience.

My daughter and I visited the Telford store looking for a new chair - Jayne was very helpful and friendly, and explained all of the options to us. We were extremely happy with the service.
