Ian who is the manager of the branch was also very attentive and explained everything precisely, very helpful when we decided to change the colour of the fabric. Would always buy from furniture village, good quality materials used and well made products .

The staff in the Staines-Upon-Thames branch were the pinnacle of excellence, in particular Gholdi. On the two occasions we came in, nothing was too much trouble, with customer service and helpfullness at the top of his priorities. His support and assistance was one of the key reasons we purchased alongside the quality of the corner sofa.
