The quality of the furniture and looks is amazing more than happy with it. The wait time for delivery not so great at nearly 12 weeks,
The delivery itself very quick and Great delivery guys, Stuart and Robbie struggled to get the van up the street but somehow managed and got the sideboard and coffee table indoors and assembled very quickly and took all rubbish away with them 👌🏻

Delivery was on time, installation quick and the guys Paul and Tom were really helpful

Lovely delivery guys who were very friendly and efficient! The updates were useful too! Thank you so much

First time shopper- from the visit to the store at Stanley green and the interaction with the chap in store to the delivery advice and actual delivery by Stu & Robbie- top men BTW- this was a great experience- 4 bar stools at a great price and they are really good quality too- as Arnie says “ I’ll be back “ well done all.

Paul £ Tom was very friendly , chatty professional and did a good job they also put a large piece of cloth down prior to puting up my table so they worked very clean and tidy at all times

Just had my sofas delivered by Stu and Robbie , well it was an early start .
They telephone me about 7ish told me be at my address in about 15 mins. They were , and I’m the second drop off !! they respected my property laid a runner down before they entered. Brought the sofas in unpacked it all removed all packaging . And showed us how to operate the recliner etc . So helpful . So polite too . All done dusted no problems. Thanks lads ..

From ordering our sofa to the delivery I can’t fault
We were decorating and was going to be a few months til it was finished they were fine and kept hold of it til we needed it.
Staff were really helpful customer service really helpful and the delivery guys Tommy and Marcus honestly can’t fault them it was 7 o clock in the morning when they turned up had my two four year old grandkids and they never woke them bringing the sofa in , got it all sorted for us just polite nice people

My gorgeous posh new sofa arrived today. Stu and Robbie were very polite. Phoned me about 30 minutes before arriving. Placed the sofa exactly where I wanted and put it together for me (as part of the service). So so happy with my sofa. The overall experience from buying the sofa (from Furniture Village, Preston) to delivery has been excellent. Thank you very much. :)

Cannot fault the service we received from Furniture Village Aintree. We had to delay the delivery due to unforeseen circumstances and Furniture Village were more than helpful and understanding in helping us. We were eventually able to accept delivery of our corner suite which was delivered promptly by two friendly guys, Paul and Ethan. Highly recommended.

Delivery by Stu & Robbie was great. Received texts and emails leading upto the delivery. Driver called shortly before. Friendly.
