We had our new dining table and chairs delivered and assembled today by Lee and Topaz from Furniture Village, and the service was exceptional from start to finish.

​Both Lee and Topaz were courteous, professional, and took genuine care with our delivery. Before bringing anything inside, they laid down protective mats in the hallway and dining room, removed their shoes, and handled every piece of furniture with great precision. To keep everything pristine, they even assembled the chairs outside on the driveway.

​Their attention to detail was outstanding. They demonstrated how to operate the table’s extendable mechanism and gladly accommodated our request to leave the protective plastic covers on the chairs, neatly trimming them to fit. They meticulously checked the level and alignment of the table and gave us some great maintenance tips for the set.

​What impressed me most was watching Lee mentor Topaz, taking the time to explain every step and technique to his junior colleague - a true mark of great leadership and teamwork. Once finished, they left both the house and driveway completely spotless.

​Lee and Topaz are a absolute credit to Furniture Village, and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Lee and Raz were brilliant. Very friendly, efficient and tidy. Also super useful in giving tips and advice on what to do in the first months of having a new mattress. Highly recommend if you can get Lee & Raz!!

Great communication prior to the delivery. Delivery was on time, quick and they took care to protect my floors. Mehtab and Paddy quickly assembled the bed and mattress on the 3rd floor and removed all packaging, and were delightfully polite and friendly.

Tom & Colin did a great job with fitting our sofa in being very efficient and precise making sure not to damage any of the walls

Methab & Paddy were our drivers, despite it being the first drop at 7am (thank you as so helpful to me) they were friendly and bubbly. They paid attention to detail and were incredibly professional- a pleasure to meet them. My new furniture looks fabulous as well
