Jeff and Lee were fantastic. Very polite and there attention to detail was spot on like just checking the table was all alined and level when you swivelled it out to extend it. Loved how they worked together as a team especially Jeffs patience as he helped Lee learn new skills on the job. They constantly checked in and ensured I was happy with everything. They cleaned everything away after they were finished. Great Job from furniture village from instore experince right through to delivery. Top quality service.

The delivery drivers were excellent. Very considerate of our home, contacted us in plenty of time for us to be able to meet them at the property and they were personable, friendly and well mannered. The only thing is a scuff on the chair arm which was under all the wrapping. The drivers have taken a picture so I hope customer service will get in touch.

Very good notifications about delivery time ( though had hoped for some indication the previous evening as suggested by FC) and they unloaded and placed extremely quickly.

Very efficient delivery service the delivery drivers were polite and professional during the delivery. The notification for the delivery was late could do with looking at that.

On schedule,kept us well informed. Also courteous and very tidy both in their work and in themselves.

The delivery guys Konrad, Dean and Jamie were absolutely brilliant, they were very polite and greeted me with so much charisma. They made sure they were careful not to damage anything and also listened to how I wanted the table chairs to be placed. They also helped me cover up the chairs and table to save from damage because wont be using them till painting is done in the house. I would recommend furniture village to anyone for their excellent service so far. I have a sofa set to be delivered in September so let see how furniture village do then.

The two delivery drivers that delivered my sofa's couldnt havr been any nicer , they phoned when they were abouy 20 mins away then i received a text message updating me , on arrival they respected my property , they were friendly anf soon had the sofa 's unpacked and in the house , no problem , they were even experts at putting the cushions on the correct way 😁 😉 . Great service received , happy customer.

Delivery drivers took the furniture upstairs and put it exactly where we wanted it. They also cleared all the cardboard and packaging away which made it a lot easier for us.

Jordan, Dain & Jamie delivered our new sofa this morning and couldn't fault them. All polite and respectful, got the sofa in quickly and all set up, took all rubbish away with them. 1000% better then my last experience ensured the sofa and chair was in the correct places before leaving and didn't mark my walls (as reclining) great service

The day before I was worried as I heard nothing at all confirming delivery, but 7am on delivery day I got a slot between 8-11. They arrived 8:10 built the table and tidied away all before 8:35. Thanks to Jordan, Dain and Jamie
