Excellent service from purchasing in store to delivery of the sofa. All employees were professional and I was kept well-informed with delivery dates and times. I would have no hesitation in buying further furniture from this company in the future.

Matt and Fred were excellent. Quick, tidy and respectful. Thank you guys!

Fantastic service from Kyle and Ton always polite and helpful 🌟

Anton and Matt were friendly and did a great job. Thanks both.

Sebastian and Mike kept me informed of the delivery time and put together the sofa with great care and checked everything before they left and asked if I was happy. Great service thanks both :-)

Kyle and Sean were friendly and professional when delivering the mattress today. They took off their shoes to enter the property and made sure I was happy with where the mattress was being left. There were a few technical issues with the mobile phone for accessing the form that needed to be completed but it was soon sorted and they were very apologetic.

We had our dining table got delivered from Furniture Village today and the overall process was excellent. Pete and Geoff are very professionals and so good at their job. The delivery and installation process was top notch and looked effortless. Would highly recommend Pete and Geoff.

What really impressed me was the drivers customer service. Sancho is a credit to the company. He helped by taking the mattress up and putting it where I wanted it. Very friendly helpful and pleasant.
