We met a charming and very helpful sales associate called Helen today. She acknowledged our requirements and took us through several options until we selected a suitable dining table and chairs. David, from the Norwich Furniture Village store, was knowledgeable and took his time to explain about the sofa I was interested in. Along with the varying layouts and fabric finushes available. David showed me around the store to show other sofas in similar fabrics so I could make an informed decision on the fabric that would suit me most. I made my decision and he even gave me a sample of the fabric and colour so I could check colour options in a nearby carpet store so I could make the correct choice! I cannot recommend David enough with his patience and professionalism.

Popped in today and bought a sofa, was handled by the lovely Helen who looked after us and explained everything clearly. Also got a bargain on a coffee table!

Chris Brown the salesman at Norwich store was great and the delivery guys Richard and Andy were professional and courteous, they put our old sofa on the driveway and even had to take it apart to get it out! So top class.
Our new G plan recliner is brilliant and the aftercare is top notch.

Good range of quality furniture options to choose from. We were after a sofa on this occasion and found two we really liked but struggled to make a final decision. The sales team were not pushy at all and left us to it, only approaching to see how we were getting on when we wanted them to. The sales manager that looked after us clearly knew his stuff, and was very helpful without being intrusive. Not the cheapest store - we ended up buying a rather more expensive sofa that we’d initially planned to - but you really do get what you pay for and we are very happy with the sofa we chose.
We did decide to buy the extended warranty as we chose a powered unit, but there was no hard sell for this, and as the £120 delivery fee was waived and some casters for the feet thrown in, this turned out to be a reasonable deal. I have bought from furniture village before, and would certainly do so again, and am happy to recommend them.
