We was looking for a 3 piece suite was going well but as soon as we mentioned that we had seen one in DFS we liked he then began bad mouthing them. Saying there quality wasn't as good as there's etc and reasons why we should by from them instead. So we left and went to DFS and purchased from there.

LIstened well to our requirements

The sale was fine but the after service very poor. I emailed early the next morning saying I wanted to change the colour. Hear nothing so I rang and was told manager would get back to me, nothing so called again following day. Manager not there so heard nothing still . I’ve now resorted to private message in ‘X’ . I can see this stringing in the wrong colour!!. Not happy at all

We found what we wanted and the lady who attended to us was very friendly and efficient

Staff at the branch at Riverside Northampton were excellent, not too pushy and extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Peter was brilliant. This was the first time I have personally purchased a new suite for over 30 years and it made a very pleasant experience by the excellent team.

Excellent staff, unfortunately had to return next day as system used our old address which was 3 years + out of date. Manager was able to resolve.

The staff in the shop are very good very helpful I cannot say that about the delivery staff the first people were really unhelpful and said the furniture was to wide for the door way ??? Even though the people who took our old suite which was the same measure ment as the new one they would not lift it up they took more pictures rather than do their job they were the most inneficiant people I have ever met , they left 2 disabled people with out seating. I immediately called the shop and spoke to Terry who apologised and next morning 2 experience movers came and put the suite in my house in 15 minutes ???? With no problem s the first 2 idiot told me they did not carry tools yet we paid extra to have the chairs set up they left a 90 yr old disabled man and a 86 lady with no seating I was so distressed I couldn’t cope the 2 second delivery men did the job properly surely all delivery men should be trained it was like a comedy show with us as victims Not a pleasant experience

Not impressed with delivery charge- especially as it changed when I queried it!
Not impressed with 2 week delivery.
Not encouraged to shop here again

Brian Tilley, the member of staff who assisted us during both of our visits while deciding to purchase a new bed, was extremely helpful and informative. His knowledge and experience about the products on show was very useful. Also he allowed us time for our own discussions while remaining attentive without intrusion. An extremely thoughtful man and a credit to the company. A very good customer experience.

Irina was very knowledgeable and quickly understood our requirements.

We met Nigel who was friendly and professional. We did not feel pressured or rushed to make our choice. Browsing was relaxed and he was on hand to give excellent demonstrations and product care information when asked. We decided to amend one of our selections and Nigel assisted without hesitation. He was humorous and polite along with other members of staff. It was a pleasure to make a purchase with such professional assistance. We look forward to a good delivery experience. Our first purchase from yourselves and nothing but hassle. We purchased a sideboard which was in the sale and also end of line. A call the next day explained that someone had already sold the item but hadn’t put a sign on it to say it was sold. However, another one was found from another site and would be delivered to them which was ok. Had a confirmation that it was to be delivered 27/11. A no show delivery that day and when I rang was told it couldn’t be found( moving warehouse so I could understand that. I’m not unreasonable to know things happen).Another delivery date given after several phone calls, a text on the day of delivery to say it wouldn’t be coming. Phoned and nobody knew who had sent text. Phoned later in the day to confirm it hadn’t arrived and after checking apparently there was slight damage and it was supposed to be delivered for me to see if I would except it. After a phone call back to me it was explained that I wouldn’t be receiving the sideboard due to damage. We had to go and choose another sideboard. I appreciate I was offered this new sideboard at the same price as this newer one was more expensive.I received this sideboard yesterday and I’m very pleased with it. The two delivery guys where very pleasant and put the handles etc on and took away packaging. The contents of my old sideboard had been stacked in my lounge since 27/11 to 21/1 and was very inconvenient and frustrating. I do thing communication definitely didn’t help as it was myself that had to keep ringing to find out what was happening. I would have to say I would be very reluctant to purchase anything from yourselves. I’m sure there are many successful experiences from yourselves
