We recently bought a dining table from Furniture Village, White City and Cathy made the whole experience a pleasure. From the moment we arrived, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient, without any pressure to buy.
She offered us cookies and drinks, made us feel welcome, and gave us plenty of time to make our decision without feeling rushed. It’s hard to believe she’d only been with Furniture Village for seven weeks, as her customer service was outstanding.
Cathy was absolutely lovely, and it was a pleasure doing business with her. She’s a real credit to Furniture Village, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for great service.

I literally came in to browse for furniture as I’ll be moving in a couple of months, met Kam in store and she was amazing, she explained everything and how it works and as it’s a one stop shop, I ended up buying a lot of furniture there and then with her, her energy, personality and passion really made me feel like an individual and was so happy with my purchase, my plan was to shop around the other stores in the area but never needed to as it had everything we needed and Kam was amazing.
