The sales people in the store were very helpful and gave good advice.
Then it all goes to pot. We ordered a ottoman bed in the middle of December and I did think that wont it will not arrive before christmas, even though we were assured it would. It finally arrived middle of January, unfortunately the bed sides were a different colour to the head and the foot. The delivery team said they were the same sides just a different colour. The bed works fine and the fitter sent a report in stating the problem.
We were told it should be a couple of weeks and they would be back to fit the correct coloured sides it is now 6 weeks later. Last week I visited the store it was purchased from. Again staff very helpful checked on the computer and advised me that the fault had indeed been reported but that it had not been actioned. So another email sent from the branch advised they would be in touch in the next few days. Was contacted by customer services who said the matter was being dealt with as a matter of urgency?? Heard nothing since.
Furniture Village really need to sort the logistics out. They are dire.
I am awaiting delivery of a sofa which I was informed would be delivered on a certain day which was cancelled and has been re-arranged for next week.
Hopefully they will get this right and also the sofa will be the colour we ordered.

Purchase a large sofa suite and the team at Ipswich was great keeping it safe until my house moving date!

Meeting Rachael the Sale consultant was one of the best things that happened to me. She made the buying process easier with her lovely and welcoming approach. Even when I was abit confused, she helped me made a good choice.

Keith in the Ipswich store helped my husband and I buy a new sofa this week. He was great, really knowledgeable and patient with us. Didn't try to upsell but rather came across as offering additional features he could see would be useful for us. Really like their chill sales technique and no pushyness at all. Just let us take our time and come to our own conclusion but was on hand whenever we needed to ask questions.

Rachel at the Ipswich branch was excellent, advising on the recliner chair which I ordered.

I realise it was a coincidence but to be met at the door by Lynsey and recognised from a previous visit was a great start for us! This progressed to the satisfactory purchase of all we needed ably assisted by Lynsey for whom nothing was to much trouble.

We visited the store on two occasions while exploring options for a dining room table and chairs and, unfortunately, felt like we were constantly being hounded by overly eager sales staff.

By our third visit, we found ourselves trying not to appear too interested and kept our distance while browsing for our ideal setup.

One salesman, Chris, stood out in particular. He remained professional, simply asking if we needed assistance. When we explained we were just browsing, he respected that immediately and gave us space. His timing was impeccable — he knew exactly when to approach without ever making us feel pressured.

Chris completely changed our experience. We will absolutely return for the level of service he provided and would happily deal with him again.

I ordered 2 beds. 1st one was fine.
2nd one had a slight tear in fabric and a grease mark.
Advised furniture village on day one.
Sent photos.
Still waiting for next steps to resolve. Very poor service.

Lovely relaxed environment. Customer Service very good and not pushy at all. We had to come back as ran out of time but this wasn't a problem and we ended up buying more than we originally attended as there were some great deals on offer.
Craig was very friendly and had a wealth of knowledge on all the products and particularly helpful with choosing the right mattress and bed for us.
