I ordered the Sloane 3 seater recliner and it was smooth from start to finish. Ordering was easy and staff were super friendly. It was on a 9-11 week wait and it arrived at 9 weeks. Delivery came within my time slot and the delivery team were friendly and put the sofa together quickly and placed it where I wanted it.

Great support when looking at products in store, nobody was too pushy. Austin was exceptionally helpful in costing up and sending this across promptly by email. Delivery guys today were excellent, given how hot it was they were professional and helpful and got the sofas in and put together in no time!
