Very helpful - great service

We had a good experience from the first greeting to the order finalisation. We were initially pointed in the right direction and left to browse. The very pleasant salesman was on hand to answer our queries and rearranged some chairs that we were interested in. We sealed the deal and arranged for delivery for a week that was convenient for us. Altogether a pleasant experience from a friendly professional organisation.

Really patient salesperson no pressure but really helpful. Coffee was a nice touch.

The staff we met were very friendly, well trained and professional, and the opposite of pushy which for us was the perfect combination. A nice, relaxed atmosphere within the store plus complimentary - and very decent - coffee.

I made a flying visit to the store on Monday evening where Fiona stepped in to guide me towards the type of furniture that I was interested in.
She was extremely helpful and as a consequence we went back this morning to purchase a new settee and chair.
Again, Fiona was very helpful without being overwhelming. She gave us time to choose fabric and nothing was too much trouble.
