Staff very easy to talk to, understand what I was looking for , great honest information, brilliant

Having visited many other furniture stores looking fir a new dining table and chairs, Furniture Village had the most comprehensive range to choose from at reasonable prices.
The member of staff who dealt with me, Lauren, was very polite, courteous, knowledgeable and professional, making the experience effortless and simple to complete.

We were greeted right away in-store (Aintree RP) by Jack Cousins, a pleasant sales consultant. We knew what type of sofa we wanted (searched online). Jack was well informed, efficient, could answer all questions. We bought the sofa two days later. Jack explained the buying process in an organised and straightforward way. He was a credit to FV. Other staff were helpful too. The range of sofas and chairs in FV is very good, something to suit everyone. Quality furniture too.

Soon as I walked into the shop I was met by Doug upstairs I was desperately after a bed to meet my budget and Doug was absolutely fantastic he showed me a lovely deal with a bed and mattress bundle what fitted the guy I was with who I support with learning difficulties Doug kept him laughing and so relaxed and happy and engaged with him through my purchase for the perfect bed for him I couldn’t of honestly bought a bed of a better sales person Doug needs a lot of credit and praise for his personality he shown towards both me and my person I was there with buying his dream bed thank you so much doug you was brilliant and thank you also for the small discount you gave us because this went a really long way with our budget we had and I think Doug went the extra mile what was so nice and the man I was buying the bed for who I look after with learning disability’s was so over the moon with Dougs understanding and it made our day we was very happy and lucky we bump into a lovely guy like Doug today buying our bed thanks again dough :)

No hard sale tactics from staff, but readily available to answer queries. A great selection of furniture in-store resulting in me finding a dining table that more than met my requirements, and the order being set up by the lovely Carol. The table was delivered to me within a week and set up by the delivery guys, who were equally friendly and professional. Faultless service and highly recommended.

As easy as always, bought a coffee table and table today, doug as always efficient this is our 6th purchase, service is brilliant and always remember your face. Thank you lads

So easy to deal with, Phil at the Aintree branch is absolutely brilliant. He is friendly and polite and does not come in with the hard sell.
He took time to explain the options available and understood what we were looking for, he then set about organising the best deal possible.
Delivery date organised by head office within 48 hours as well..up to now 10 out of 10.

The saleswoman was very helpful and very patient. I'm pleased with the mattress I bought.

My experience was absolutely wonderful- led by the absolute marvel that is, Mr Jack Cousins. What a wonderful sales assistant this gentleman is. He helped my wife and I pick out a lovely 2 seater sofa bed that would fit nice and cosily in our smaller sized living room - the man made the entire process as smooth and quick as it could possibly be, all while knowledgeably leading the conversation and ensuring we knew we were getting exactly what we wanted. I believe sales assistants in many walks of life could take a leaf out of this young man’s book. Well-spoken and truly a credit to any shopfront he could want to work at. And if you read this Jack, thank you - you made our day.

When arriving at the shop we were greeted by Jack who wasted no time finding out exactly what my husband and I were looking for and chatting to us. Jack showed us the items that matched our description and was full of good conversation, information and genuine pros and cons for each one. My husband and I settled on a sofa but left the store to discuss and received no push back in asking for extra time. When we came back we went through all payment options and we were told all of the benefits of certain leathers etc but ultimately Jack helped us find the perfect fit for a house with two cats! My husband and I were excited and Jack joined in this excitement with us, making the entire experience fun. We were clearly told lead times, pricing and I did not feel we were pushed any upselling only offered what was genuine to our sale and no pushback if not interested. Jack is a charismatic gentleman, a great sales man and a pleasure to deal with. Furniture village are lucky to have him.

Spent £6k with this company, 10 weeks later I am still waiting for my couch. I was provided no update by email. Rang up, staff aren't bothered. Now told just to wait another 2 weeks.
