Excellent holiday booked through Full Cirle who I recomended to fellew guests at La Plange Club Med this Christmas

One of my most stress free holidays ever. Exactly what the label said happened. Help available via email or phone nothing was to much trouble. I went away confidentially knowing what I had booked was going to happen. I would not hesitate to use this company again and have already made enquiries about Africa.
In with the tickets (yes they arrived in the post) was everything we needed along with a little guide book which we found a lovely touch and very helpful. The service was excellent and never to much trouble. I even had an email the day before departure wishing us a great holiday and another one on our return hoping all went well. It was like dealing with a friend...... I would strongly recommend to anyone. Tell them what you want and where you want to go and they will do all the hard work for you - BLISS. 😊

The staff are always friendly and willing to help. They will find the holiday that suits you as an individual customer. Nothing is too much trouble and they always follow up after your holiday. An all round five star service.

After trying to find a fit between what was offered by others and what I wanted, I hit upon Full Circle, and from the first it was clear that they wanted to fit in with me, rather than the other way round.
The discussions were friendly, information to the point and communication easy. (It was especially fortunate, given that we were going to Sicily for the first time, our contact was himself Palermitano, and had good local knowledge to share). The booking documentation was easy, and the Itinerary was a model of clarity. We felt we were in good hands, there if needed, but unobtrusive. Excellent! (Wish they also did Agriturismos)

Using full circle was like having a personal assistant and took the stress out of booking the holiday. Very handy for busy parents who don't have time to do the research.

Full Circle Travel organised a 3 week trip to Western Canada for us. From the first contact they were friendly and helpful and were very professional in all our dealings with them. The arrangements for flights, hotels, Rocky Mountaineer train, ferries and car hire were thoughtfully planned and all went smoothly (except for a flight cancellation by BA after boarding the plane at Heathrow - no fault of Full Circle). As soon as Jacky at FC became aware of the cancelled flight she contacted us by phone to offer their support and advice in claiming compensation from BA. The rest of the holiday went without a hitch and the accommodation and transport arrangements were entirely as planned. We would have no hesitation in using Full Circle to book holidays in the future and would recommend them with confidence. They are a pleasure to deal with and provide a very personal service..

We used Full Circle Travel for a trip to Disneyland in July with our young children. Our travel agent Michael was fantastic. He gave us brilliant advice which really helped to make everything as special (and easy) as we were hoping. We have already booked another trip through them and leave on Saturday!
