Excellent service, good rates, but fee issue...
The service is excellent and responsive, exchange rates are much better than the banks. I would rate 5 stars if it wasn't for the 10GBP that applies even to small transfers, thus making the transaction a lot less interesting (unfortunately, cannot ask clients to constantly switch back and forth between standard bank and FTT depending on amounts invoiced)

We always aim to give the best exchange rates compared to your bank. We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the £10 process fee that applies to transactions under £3000. Unfortunately our bank charge us £10 for transactions under £3000 which is why we pass this fee onto our clients. Of course, any transactions above this do not incur any additional fees.

The service is great
The service is great, although didn't need to speak to anyone as I have an existing account.
The rates are better than I could find anywhere else.
At my end at least, the website is a bit clunky especially 'secure my rate' and onwards. Might be worth a redesign once logged in.
Otherwise all good, have recommended to people already having used FTT for the past 6 years.

I've been using FTT Global for many …
I've been using FTT Global for many years now for transfer in GBP into EURO and transfer to a Spanish account. Never had any issues. Most of the time I have the money on my Spanish account withing the same day. Whenever I needed telephone assistance, they were friendly and helpful.

Very easy to use
I've used FTT Global twice and on both occasions I have been very satisfied with the service. The online experience is excellent but when I called their customer service the response was fantastic. Not to mention the savings I made had I gone with my bank.
