I had an excellent experience. It was quick, efficient, and very accurate. I liked how they provided me with names I wouldn’t have even considered, but the explanations made sense. I did do a revision because I think I didn’t know what I didn’t like until I had been through the business naming process. I had to update this review due to some medical emergencies this company was having. (I had previously wrote a review saying how the names lacked creativity and I never got my revisions. It was explained to me that some of the staff had some medical emergencies and that was why I never got my revisions.

Anyway back to the review. I finally did get the revisons and one of them did actually catch my attention and I believe I'm going to use it as my company name now. The second set of names they sent me were better than the first for sure. They asked me questions prior about my business and key names to focus on and these questions helped them find a name that now I just may use!

My gut tells me that this company is a SCAM and that now they are paying for fake reviews - if you read all the negative reviews you will see a common thread - they stink. I would love to hear/see any company that was able to name their company using this service. Unless the company is known as Yutipl, Frudriles, or Medaqis (which all make NO sense)

The experience working with frozen lemon is wonderful! I have a group of names in the second round and they are creative, fresh and fun. I found it would be very helpful if you provide as much information as you can and let the creative brains brainstorming in the right direction. Highly recommend!

Good and fast option for cost effective name inspiration and starting point for start ups

I´m very happy with my experience working w/ Frozen Lemons. We´ve run a first round of 4 names, and I loved one of them.

Unfortunately, the pure .com domain wasn´t available, and I didn´t want to use a domain extension.

Not really their fault, bur they´ve agreed to make a revision, and returned me 4 more names (2 od those I loved).
So, would I recommend Frozen Lemons? 100% yes.

But there are 2 catches.

1) You, as the business owner, are the one that knows the ins and outs of your business. So, it´s very important that you tell them as much as possible about what you do, who you do it for, and what makes it different. What´s unique about your brand.

And 2) What kind of names do you prefer?
Descriptive names? Like Motion Design School.
Suggestive? Like Belly Bar (pregnancy nutrition).
Invented words? Like Imaginademy (imagination academy).

I´d risk saying that some people haven´t really put in the time to think about this. Perhaps this has contributed to the bad experience.

In a nutshell, help them out and give them as much info as you can. You´ll be rewarded with a few great names, and perhaps a keeper or two!
