We've been around for almost 60 years and are proud to have built up a loyal customer base. We like to think this is due to our rugged good looks and sparkling personalities but, in reality, it's probably down to our low prices and high levels of customer service.

Mower does exactly what I hoped
Mower does exactly what I hoped. So very pleased. Time will tell if the batteries hold their charge as well. Delivery was actually quicker than advised and although the box was very torn and battered everything inside was perfect

Unfortunately based off the review information we cannot find an order or an account for the name provided.
Could you please provide us with a sales order number as we would like to look into this as if this hasn't been refunded we would like to take action or look to see if we can swap for an item that is available.
With regards to emails we reply to emails daily and look to clear our inbox daily from emails sent in the night before and during that current day. I would like to check our folders to see if these emails have come through to either:
1) If not look to see why this may be.
2) If they have come through and haven't been replied to investigate as to why this is the case.
We are having some delays of items coming into us at present and are working hard with all suppliers to make sure the supply chain into us starts to run on time again and we get items into us in a timely manor.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and look forward to hearing from you so we can rectify the issues.

Had to cancel order
Ordered £700 mower which didn't arrive by expected date, rang for update several times but F. R. Jones couldn't give me any info about when it would be delivered and didn't return my calls. Apparently Mountfield won't give them any info. Cancelled order and bought elsewhere.

Looking at your order i can see most of the issues at hand have been caused by our supplier hear in terms of the delay of dispatch as the item was being shipped from them and them also being able to provide tracking details within a suitable time frame for us to pass onto you.

I wish I’d read the reviews prior to ordering with FR Jones & Son.
As commented in other write-ups, the availability and delivery time are purely fabricated. An order placed on the 4th April is still unaccounted for 8 weeks later? Several emails were exchanged over this period asking for an update, but each reply made false promises that they would reply with 48hrs with a sitrep. No updates were given.
I suspect that their Husqvarna suppliers are outside of the UK and are getting stuck fulfilling orders at their quoted pace?
Not worth the hassle, I could walk to Sweden and collect quicker!

Thanks for your review. We do apologise for the delays that were experienced during your order. It appears on this occasion we have been let down by Husqvarna who haven't been able to supply the item and have provided us dates that have come and gone.
We would like to go back to Husqvarna on this one to show them how what they are doing is letting us and our customers down. If you could please provide an order number so we can take a look into this.
