Brilliant service and loving my product

It took me 3 weeks to decide which juicer to buy, I've been making cold pressed juice since 2009 so I'm quite demanding. This is my 4th juicer and I'm super happy with my Fridja. It's a solid product worthy buying

The customer service, admin, operations and communications are so poor and incompetent. They only acknowledge mistakes once you raise them and then blame it on the courier. Really lets the brand down

I’ve been using the Fridja F2500 Self-Feeding Whole Fruit Juicer, and overall it’s a high-quality, efficient
machine that has made juicing quick, easy, and enjoyable.
Performance & Juicing Functions
The whole-fruit, self-feeding design is one of the standout features of this juicer. I can drop apples,
oranges, and other produce straight in without chopping, and it handles them smoothly. It extracts juice
very well, producing fresh, vibrant results with dry pulp and minimal waste.
What I appreciate most is how little prep time is required. Everything feels straightforward: place the
fruit in, start the juicer, and it does the rest. For busy mornings or daily juicing, this makes a noticeable
difference.
Ease of Use & Design
The machine feels sturdy and well-engineered. The plastic components are firm and solid, and I don’t
feel the need to worry about long-term durability. It has a smart, compact design that looks great on the
counter, and the operation is surprisingly quiet.
Assembly and disassembly are simple, and cleaning only takes a few moments. The anti-drip spout is a
thoughtful touch, keeping things tidy.
What I Appreciate
Unlike some juicers that require a lot of prep or constant supervision, the F2500 is genuinely
convenient. The self-feeding mechanism works well, and I’ve found the overall build to be robust.
Everything fits together securely, giving confidence that it will last.

Great steamer! Lightweight with quite a big water capacity. Easy to fill & change. Simple to use - with good results. Well packed & delivered quickly.

I ordered the f2500 juicer and it's been a game changer. So easy to use and clean! The juice has been delicious and I'm excited to use it to make some ice cream too when the weather is warm again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Avoid this product. The Fridja F1900 is honestly one of the most disappointing products I’ve ever used. I’ve only managed to use it 3–4 times in a whole year because it needs constant cleaning and has way too many fiddly parts.

The auger gets stuck almost every time, and when I reached out to support, they actually told me to lightly hit it with a hammer to release it — seriously? Even after that, it’s still jammed, and now they’re asking for £59 just to service it. Overall, it’s a poorly designed product and not worth the hassle. so it goes to Bin

Fab little gadget for banishing the bobbles on jumpers. Also works well on other fabrics such as a sofa. Easy and comfortable to use. Would defo recommend.

Had a great experience purchasing from Fridja. Customer service was excellent at fixing the couple of hiccups I experienced and I was very pleased with what an amazing juicer the fridja f1900 is. The juicer is phenomenal value for money, probably the best quality juicer on the market that you can buy at this price point.

Love my new steamer, the quality is excellent and it looks great in my dressing room. It’s also really easy to use, making light work of getting my clothes looking crease free and amazing in no time, it’s actually extremely satisfying to use. I highly recommend this product.

The cordless F500 blender is a game changer, far better than my plug in branded one. It will crush i to a slushy mixture, blend protein powder with not one bit of powder remaining. Milkshakes are so easy 1 bananna, ice, milk, drop of caramel syrup and your good to go, tastes better than your favorite takeaway milkshakes. The customer service is even better than the product, I had a small issue with my lid, i was emailed out of hours by John who sorted pou a new lid and sent it to me there and then. I can't reccomend the F500 Blender and Fridja enough, thanks to John also. We need more companys and products like this.

After having a big wired Blender with almost 2 liter pot, I am happy to havef500 Portable Blender.

I am just a normal person who wants to make a small smoothie for me and my family 1-2 times a week. And the product is just made for it. Very easy to use and to clean. Pretty silent. So I am happy to have it. And can recommend it too!

I bought both the Fridja F1000 upright steamer for home and the F10 handheld steamer for travelling. Once I tried the F10, I realised it was so effective on its own that I didn’t need both. The product itself is genuinely excellent — the F10 works brilliantly and I can’t fault its performance.

Unfortunately, my experience with Fridja’s returns process left a very sour taste. Their policy requires items to be “unopened and unused,” with automatic deductions (10%–25%), which I feel may not comply with UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers have the right to open goods to inspect them, yet Fridja’s policy discourages this and feels unnecessarily punitive.

To make matters worse, when I returned the F1000, they took the maximum time legally allowed to process my refund. Even though they had received my return a week earlier, when I asked for an update I was told — very flippantly — that I would get my refund within the legal time frame. It felt like they were happy to rely on the law when it suited them (holding onto my money longer), but ignored it when it didn’t (refusing to apply cooling-off rights fairly).

This experience didn’t feel like customer service at all — more like a company hiding behind policies rather than supporting their customers.

It’s a shame, because the product itself is genuinely excellent. But until Fridja updates its returns policies to respect consumer rights and treats customers with more care, I would urge anyone considering a purchase to be aware of what they’re signing up for.

I bought a 3 part garment care bundle from Fridja and I couldn’t be happier. I mainly use the larger steamer at home, but have taken the smaller steamer on weekends away, and in rooms in my house for quick touch ups (new curtains).

The steam on both is plenty and it gets the job done easily. Husband uses on shirts everyday. I’m very pleased with my purchase. Good price on the bundle too. Next day shipping.

Very pleased with my f10 hand held steamer from Fridja. Just took it on a recent trip and it did a great job on making for a wrinkle free holiday.

I’ve had a disappointing experience with Fridja so far. Firstly, the delivery was poorly handled—the package was left outside in the front garden without anyone knocking, despite my partner working from home at the time. It was marked as delivered, but left completely exposed to bad weather. Fortunately, although the box was soaked, the blender appeared to function initially and performed satisfactorily.

However, after just 16 days of daily use, it has developed a significant leak between the bottom of the bottle and the blender base. The leakage is quite severe, making the blender unusable.
