Good morning, I would like to thank the entire team who helped me over the last five years in my critical financial situation. I was at the bottom financially, but IVA helped me in everything. I thank the entire team very much. I also highly recommend it to everyone who was in a similar situation to me. There is nothing to be ashamed of, because sometimes it is better, sometimes it is worse. Life situations are different.

I contacted fresh start when a medical diagnosis meant that I could not work as many hours resulting in me not being able to make my monthly payments. They set everything up quickly and easily and I can not thank them enough for taking the pressure off. They act on messages sent through there portal. It’s early days but I am now confident I can see some light at the end of the tunnel as these circumstances where just thrust upon me so suddenly.

I have just finished my 6 year IVA with Fresh Start and I can't rate them highly enough! They have been both professional as well as extremely understanding about my circumstances. They are easy to contact and have a great client portal which they used to send me messages and requests. I can go onto the portal and see the progress of my IVA, who my creditors are and how my repayments are going. They act for you and with you. If you are in financial difficulties please give them a ring.

I contacted Fresh Start Insolvency back in December when I was at my absolute lowest and I really couldn't see myself making it through the month. I broke down to several call handlers who all calmed me down, talked me through everything clearly and gave me the time I needed.

They kept me updated throughout the entire process and since then I have contacted them via online and over the phone, every time they've been helpful and reassuring. I've spoken to quite a few of you all and I'm sorry it's taken a while for me to leave a review, I can remember Joe, Cieran, and Claire. But thank you to everyone else & the company overall for all of your help.

Fresh start really helped me ..when ever I needed help all through the 5years I had my account with them ..I hit some low times and they was there to help me to complete my iva ...every person I talked to was understanding and there to help me get to complete my iva ....highly recommended

From start to finish everyone involved have gone above and beyond to help me get my debts under control, very reassuring and far from judgmental. Over the course of 2 days we set up a proposal and 10 days later my Iva has been accepted. I can’t thank fresh start enough I feel like a massive weight has been lifted. I can finally sleep knowing my life is on the course of getting back on track, and been able to give my kids the life and the happy mum they deserve. Thank you so much.
