Happy with this service
food quality is from good to great, with lots of variety and changes in menu. I like the reminders of the upcoming delivery date and text notification just before the delivery arrives. The containers for the fresh ingredients are great, all returned for reuse. Super easy to follow recipes. Really happy I have this service.

We are really enjoying the freshness and quality of ingredients. The sauses are amazing!! Instructions are easy to follow and its very convenient to have everything you need in one handy space. No waste and portions are spot on. The vareity of offerings is also diverse and we are eager to try new things that we may never have tried before.

Great service
I’ve genuinely had a great experience with Fresh Prep. I’ve liked every single meal so far, and they’re all super easy to throw together. Not wasting produce anymore has been a huge win for me, and cleanup is way easier than when I cook everything from scratch.
The only real feedback I have is around protein. I’d love to see more options to add extra protein, and it would be great if the spice blends or any ingredients that go specifically with the protein were portioned to match when you add more.
I’d also really appreciate a Sunday delivery option. That’s usually when I do my meal prep for the week, and I often pack a serving of Fresh Prep for lunch the next day, so that timing would make things even smoother.
Overall though, I’m really happy with the service and plan to keep ordering.

Meat is good quality.
Fresh is always good and the ingredients are superior quality to any other meal service I've had. The minimal waste kits make me feel so much better as well. The meat quality is always top tier.

It is a relief to not have to stress out, at 5pm, about what to do about dinner for me. I hate cooking. The ready made meals are good.
My friend’s son uses Fresh Prep after trying all the others. He saved me time checking the rest out.

Great recipes with generous portions but sometimes the ingredients are not as fresh as should be, especialy green onions or other vegetables.

I would like to cancel my subscription…
I would like to cancel my subscription but I couldn't find the place to do it on your website. Reason I like to do that is the last time I ordered total of six meals for a week but only 2 meals came on the box with an email with an explanation that, of course, do not feed my family. I appreciate the email but I need a reliable service. This is unfortunate but I insist, I like to cancel my subscription. For now is only "suspended" but I like full cancelation. Thanks .

Si vous faites moindrement attention à votre santé évité cette compagnie! Les valeurs nutritives des plats sont épouvantables! 208% de gras saturés, 107% sodium et 1120 cal. pour le bœuf braisé! Rendu là aussi bien aller souper un trio McDonald's ça revient aussi cher et ça va être aussi néfaste pour la santé 😬
Tous mes plats contenait au minimum 60% de sodium et/ou cholestérol et/ou gras...
Si au moins c'était bon... Mais non tout goûte le cumin ou le carri!
En plus il manquait 4 plats sur ma commande de 12 ... On m'a finalement remboursé mais ça a pris 4 e-mail!
