Richard - He is the Brain behind all the works and ensures you get the best deal available in the market. Not only mortgage deals , he will even help you understand the legal works related to your property. Highly accomplished and intellectual advisor , always considering your requirements.
Suzanne- If her calls were recorded , they can be easily used to train people what customer engagement and updates mean. Highly customer centric and one of the nicest persons to talk to.My application got delayed twice due to the builder , but the way she handled both the builder and my concerns are impeccable. She will update you no matter what and will ensure you do get through :)

Excellent Service and I will highly recommend their service. I got the very extensive support from Freedom mortgage during my home purchase. They helped to fill up all necessary documents required for mortgage and Help to buy applications. They were very timely and always reachable.

Freedom Mortgages - A friendly and reliable service
Richard did a great job in exploring and advising what options were available to us, and took time to guide us through what to expect of the purchase process as well as the potential timelines involved.
After the initial advice stage was complete, Suzanne took over managing the process to ensure everything ran smoothly. She was polite, excellent at communicating, and ensured any issues or queries that arose were swiftly addressed.
