Richard took the service standard to the next level. He is calm, wise and excellent at explaining complex things in simple language. He is truly an expert when it comes to advising and guiding the whole process of purchasing. His knowledge of the lender is absolutely brilliant. Our mortgage application was different and quite difficult due to our personal circumstances. But Richard handled it like a piece of cake. So, please speak to Richard at least once before you decide anything.

Once we signed up with their service, they took all our stress away about the mortgage offer. Richard and Suzanne advised us at every single step of the purchase. Suzanne is great at organising all the complex paperwork. She is super fast, responded to any queries and provided regular updates on every situation. She carefully inspected our documents and dealt with the lender and HTB accordingly. We have received regular updates even in the late evenings, which is just one small sign of how seriously they care about customer service. We cannot thank them enough.
