Since 2009, Freebird has created distinctive leather boots rooted in craftsmanship, quality, and individuality. Handcrafted in León, Mexico, our boots bring together Goodyear welt construction, carefully selected leathers, and artisan details. Materials include full-grain leather and select exotic leather styles. The result is boots made with intention, built with character, and finished with lots of soul.

I loved my sandals so much I had to…
I loved my sandals so much I had to order a pair in black aswell. This is my 8th pair of Freebirds shoes and the only place I get any shoes. The fit is perfect and true to size. The quality is amazing. The ordering process is very easy and my shoes arrive quickly and beautifully boxed with shoes covers. I couldn't be happier.

Love these
Love these. They are a true size 12. A little looser than I’d like. I have long thin feet. Just so happy this brand makes a true size 12. These are my 3rd pair of Free Birds!

The experience was great
The experience was great, and i LOVE the boots! But they are a bit painful, so i'm wearing them around the house to make sure they'll be okay. But they are quality and beautiful and sexy...but i don't want them to hurt my feet.

We appreciate you sharing your experience, and we're so sorry WOLFGANG isn't fitting quite right! While this style does run true to size, we do recommend sizing up for a wider fit.
Since our shoes are made with 100% full-grain leather, they may feel stiff at first, but they'll naturally stretch and mold with wear. We recommend applying gentle heat or taking them to a cobbler to get them professionally stretched. But we've reached out via email to see how we can assist!

The boots were well made, but a bit too low near my ankle, so I had to return. It was an easy return process.

While I love the style
While I love the style, the sandals are too wide for my feet. It seems size 9 varies. I won't order online again as I can't seem to get the correct fit without trying on the shoe.

Love Cora, smooth exchange experience so far
So to be clear , I am Davids wife Gigi, The boots are for me not him😁I have two styles of western boots from Freebird that I absolutely love! I am a true eight wide, but since my shoes don’t come in wide, I use a 8 1/2 most of the time. The two boots that I own are size 8 and are a perfect fit they have room so I ordered the Cora boots cause I absolutely love them and I ordered an 8 as I have in the past. They were too tight so right now I am in the middle of an exchange that has gone very smoothly so far they just received my return. It was easy now I’m just waiting for the new pair of size 9 to be delivered! I have learned from my experience so far, to read the reviews carefullyto order any western boots size 8, and other other styles size 9! Will follow up when I get receive size 9, Cora! I am very excited to receive them as I was sad to have to send them back and not get to wear them right away!

I love all my Freebirds!
My most recent purchase (of 9) are the Duke booties in blue. These are soooo comfortable and just the right height. They were quick to break-in and have plenty of foot room. I am a 7 and they are true to size. I’ve gotten a number of compliments including someone who told me they have “shoe envy”.
