I quite enjoyed my day with Lorenzo Ronconi, who guided us through an initiation to the Barbican. Courteous and knowledgeable he was the perfect person to help us find our feet, and I'm very impressed

They were always very responsive, and proactively updated me on what was going on.
A initial approach to marketing my property was developed before being discussed and agreed, and then implemented in line with that plan. This was all done during COVID restrictions which clearly didn’t help.
As is not uncommon the prospective purchaser caused a number of issues. The team provided a balanced consideration of how to react to these. This counsel was highly valued, an went a long way to mitigate my ire.

Tina and Lorenzo have been absolutely amazing. They have been responsive, efficient, knowledgable and nothing has ever been too much trouble. They know the Barbican intimately and are 'go to' agents for any purchase there. What they don't know is not worth knowing. They are also very decent, kind and fun and are excellent negotiators. If we were selling they would be our number one choice. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

I have moved into my flat in the Barbican. While the processes to get was painful - the outstanding support from Jamie Charlton really helped. He was helpful right from the beginning in arranging all the viewings and second viewings, and through the whole process. I cannot thank him enough for his patience and expertise.

Lorenzo was a real pleasure to deal with at Frank Harris. Although I wasn't able to get my first Barbican purchase over the line this time, he helped me understand the Estate and I think brought the vendors as close as possible to a deal.
