Ordered via big w market & for over one week it was waiting for courier to collect, when I raised concern the tracking details that were given to me belonged to someone else & address did not match .
Eventually the parcel showed that it was delivered but not to me. This screams SCAM, would not recommend or order there ever again 😡

I used Obagi retinol from other sellers before.I bought the third tube of Obagi retinol from Fresh Beauty via Woolworth online website, it does not work. My skin is not as good as it was before, which makes me believe it's fake. I would highly recommend to avoid this seller at all costs.

Placed an order for Laura Mercier radiance primer. They advertised the older version, which is far better and in a 50ml tube vs their new product which is in a 30ml tube. Because the old version is no longer being supplied by Laura Mercier, I ordered as many as possible from Fresh Beauty Co, 6 infact at a cost of $446.72. They send me 6 tubes of the wrong product. I have to twist their arm to have them agree to return them. When I do return them, with tracking showing they have been returned they keep denying processing my refund. These people are a scam. Do not buy from them ever

fresh always delivers for me, great range of brands, with all my favourites, Clarins, Chanel, Nuxe, The Ordinary, Jo Malone, Penhaligons, delivery was pretty quick 4 business days. I am happy with Fresh Beauty Co.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - first, they changed their formulas and they are no longer hydrated or pigmented for their lip treatments which is disappointing since I’ve been ordering from here for years. I instead got the lip oil to try and 1 week later 3/4s leaked in my purse due to faulty packaging and customer service is blatantly ignoring. I’m still in the return window and they will not return my 5 emails in the last two weeks. I’ve never experienced worse customer service. Save yourself the time and energy and shop a different brand.

That are the most worst experience I've ever had on this platform. I do not recommend them

spend 400 on perfume got a small vita creme 2 weeks later? how does that even make sense. I WILL BE CONTACTING THEM IF NO HELP THAN I WILL ESCALATE IT

I’m so glad I found FreshBeauty Co! I’d been looking everywhere for Dr. Hauschka Blackthorn Toning Body Oil and it was so hard to track down online, but they had it in stock. The website was super easy to use, checkout was smooth, and shipping was really quick. Customer service was also lovely , fast to respond and super helpful. Overall such a positive experience, I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Before purchasing foundation given that it was discontinued in Aust I sent an email querying if this was old stock or a new formula I received a standard email stating they are 100% genuine. When the product was received the colour was different . I queried and got a standard email saying that there may be a variation in colour given it is an overseas product. Deceptive conduct . Not recommended.

Fresh Beauty Co. has completely changed how I shop for beauty products. I no longer have to jump between different websites or stores, everything I need is in one place. The range of luxury brands is exceptional, and I’ve discovered so many new favourites here. Delivery is always quick, and the packaging is secure yet elegant.

I ordered two perfumes from this company in February through DickSmith. The tracking numbers I was given turned out to be for someone else’s order. After that, I received only generic “We are investigating” emails, with no concrete updates.

From reading other customer reviews, this doesn’t appear to be an isolated issue.

While I eventually received my order, it took more than 60 days — far longer than expected, and the delay caused a lot of frustration and anxiety.

My advice: shop elsewhere to save yourself the stress.

Everything arrived fast and in perfect condition. The checkout was smooth and I even got a little free sample. It’s now my go-to beauty store online!

I ordered one product, never received any confirmation email and the product of course…it was more than one month ago. They don’t reply to the mails and their phone number doesn’t work.
I did a declaration to scamwatch and ACC and hopefully my bank which is wonderful gave me a refund :)

What a SCAM! Purchased an expansive perfume. One week goes buy and no dispatch email or tracking details. I enquired about my order - Item was lost in transit. Was told they re sent a new item and got sent a tracking code from customer service. Tracking code shows no details of the item actually being sent. Still no dispatch email with proof of actual tracking. 3 weeks has gone by and still no item. Will be reporting and demanding a refund. After reading countless other reviews. It looks like I am not the only one. Let’s hope I actually get my money back

Absolutely a scam never buy from there fake delivery's and customer service is always we will let you know as soon as possible and then you find out the store is just scam it was 100$ but Iam pretty sure the scammed other people for a lot more literally it's a scam

I purchased a product containing 12 shampoo bars but only recieved 1 shampoo bar instead of twelve as advertised. After many emails back and forth with customer care I was told they "are unable to fulfill the request for the remaining shampoo bars at this time". Quite dissapointed
