Used Bristol garage (Days Road) This garage should be shut down and they should be taught how to speak to the public in a correct manor, how to treat a customer and training how to use a telephone to inform customer car is ready after 2 days of complete nightmare.
Wisbech Branch
Have used the Wisbech branch for a few years now and always been very happy with the service. They go above what is needed and very, very helpful. Good value too. Very pleased and will use them again in the future.
Took car In for mot at Tyldesley…
Took car In for mot at Tyldesley manchester on Wednesday failed mot on nearside rear coil spring needed car back by Friday qouted 126 pound for coil spring plus labour on top telling me euro car parts who they have an account with charge them 105 plus vat per coil on the invoice they've put 90.75 plus vat didn't mention about replacing both rear which I decided to have done if I had the time to of got it done elsewhere I would have but I needed to be back on the road Friday its cost me 286.01 Inc mot fee of 36 pound when the coils on euro car parts site are 57.85 Inc vat per coil bearing in mind they have account with them so probably getting them cheaper this is my first experience with formula one centre and will certainly be my last total rip off told lies throughout during conversations price on invoice per coil spring is different again to what he said on phone albeit cheaper but still only 57.85 Inc vat from euro car parts making 100% profit on parts shouldn't be allowed
BAD MOT EXPERIENCE

AVOID AT ALL COST!!
One of the worst garages I have ever used. They think it’s ok to take your car out on the road during an MOT, rag it around the streets and bring it back with 16mpg, modern cars & technology, thought I wouldn’t notice!!
Absolutely no respect for customers cars whatsoever, plain and simple find another garage in Wigan. Shocking is not the word!!!!
Booked online to have a wheel replaced
Booked online to have a wheel replaced. Time slot 8:30 am. Email states you need to be there 10 minutes before. Which I was. Dropped car off. 12:30 it was completed. Think Formula one Eastbourne you should change your name. There is nothing fast about the service. Shocking
SHOULD BE RENAMED ' FORMULA ZERO AUTOCENTRES'
I left my car at the Lister Road autocentre in Basingstoke for an MOT and service. Eight hours later the car was ready for collection. I took it home and noticed that it had been dented. I complained; the garage accepted the fault and I returned the vehicle for a minor repair which took another whole day. I am unhappy that:
1. The car had not been treated carefully and hence
the dent.
2. Staff were aware of the damage at the first visit
but chose not to tell me, I think that is deceptive.
3. I was inconvenienced by losing the car for the
second visit.
4. That the repair on the dent is short of perfect.
5. That at each visit I had to leave the car at the
garage for the whole day i.e. time management and
work scheduling is poor. I WILL IN FUTURE AVOID USING THIS CHAIN OF GARAGES.
Poor service and joy riding
I have used these several times. They used to be able to provide a good service. The last 3 times it has been a shambles. They have take. A really long time to do work. This last time I was given an appointment time, I took my car in and they said it was going to be a few hours as they needed the ramp. A few hours later cars that were not in the workshop when I booked my car in were being fixed. I was told it was a drop off time. However they were happy enough to take my car out for a drive doing excessive speed in residential areas.

I got my car air conditioned at formula1 bar well road Cambridge. The passenger side did not work. I took it back a week later. They said that they only check the driver side after regas . I needed to take it to the dealer . The manager was on the phone and I need to complain on the website. Appalling service and customer care.
Reading branch saviours
Reading branch: got a flat on the side of the M4, this centre was the closest to drive to replace my spare I'd put on. I walked in, wonderful service, was able to clean up and they immediately replaced my tyre. Thank you so, so much!
If I could leave a worse one I would
If I could leave a worse one I would. Work carried out shocking. Car has been unusable since 2 of their centres have had it. Now costing another 1400 to put damage right on top of replacing parts I paid 1700 for them to change , that turns out they either didn't or carried out incorrectly. If you value your vehicle do not take it here.
Unreliable, not interested and with attitude.
After having odered the tyres some days before I arrived at the branch at the agreed time and date only to be informed that they had no lifts available and did not have a spare jack either and so I would have to re-book and the branch manager? also stated at this time that he had far too many tyres to fit and that he found fitting tyres boring and much preferred doing servicing jobs. I was a little surprised at the attitude but re-booked for another day. On arrival for the second appointment I was asked if I was going to wait for the tyres to be fitted to which I replied yes as this was what was requested and booked for. I was then told that I might be waiting for some time as a technician had allegedly called in to say he would not be able to get to work until 10.30am at the soonest, bearing in mind the time was 9am. However I noticed when I arrived that the technician and the manger? were outside smoking and with only one car in the workshop. As I did not want to wait around for one and a half hours and possibly longer before the work commenced, if at all, and there was no way of knowing if the technician would turn up for work or not I decided to cancel the tyres. The manager, although not actually rude, was indifferent with a "could not really care a less" attitude. This was, it must be noted, the same person who told me earlier in the week that he did not like fitting tyres. On walking into the waiting room to obtain the name and address of the area manger another customer, the owner of the only vehicle in the workshop, informed me of the problems he has had with the manger and branch.
Based on my experience I would definitely recommend not using The Formula One Autocentre in Ashford Kent whilst the current manager is running the branch as I think he has no interest in the customer or the Company he works for.
Poor performance
Poor service I rang up a week ago for rear discs pads on my car I was told to bring car in at 8am when I arrived was told car will be hear most of the morning not good enough as I live miles away fitter was so unprofessional did not seem to care at all I come to this place all the time this will be the last time what a shambles
Prepare to pay for unneeded work and seriously overpriced
I would strongly recommend avoiding these centers unless you want to get ripped off. I have used them in the past and they were quite good. However Iused them again and their prices are extortionate. 49 pounds for 2x wipers is an absolute joke
Edit. I already contacted customer service and the regional sales manager, who was trying to tell me that 49 pounds was a good price for some wipers and thet had already taken money off the bill although there was no mention of it on the invoice, hence this review. They are also trying to have it removed, even though I can provide receipts etc
Great service and great price
At the Reading Branch the staff were friendly and efficient. Great price for a tyre : in and out in 15 minutes. I’ve visited before and I’ll be going back again.
Coalville Branch were amazing
Coalville Branch were amazing. I had huge problems with my vehicle, and the warranty that it was under was also extremely difficult to work with. Brad at Coalville branch really advocated for me with the warranty company and helped me out a lot. The repair took such a long time because of the warranty company being so specific and demanding but Brad made sure I had good quality parts and a good repair. 10/10 would highly recommend. Customer service was above and beyond. Really friendly and helpful team. Will always be using them in the future.
Dangerous
This company in Malvern doesn’t use qualified staff they don’t know what they are doing they took 6 hrs to change 4 tyres and caused all sorts of problems with my Mercedes avoid like the plague they are dangerous
Had taken my 2014 Golf for a service…
Had taken my 2014 Golf for a service today in the Doncaster store which I had booked online. On collection I was handed my service book and a piece of paper alongside my key. I mistakenly believed that they would have stamped and completed the service book due to them having this with them on my return, however when I got home and checked this, there was no new completed service stamp and the paper she handed me had no indication of whether the checks had been completed or not and no signature or name of technician on the piece of paper. I could have completed this myself and printed which could raise a query of whether this is valid on selling my car. It is not even on letter headed paper.
Would not use this company again, feel like I have wasted £148.
Eastbourne Autocentre - Great Service
I took my vehicle for a full service, Mark the manager was extremely helpful and kept me informed through the morning and explained everything I needed to know about the work that needed to be done on the vehicle. He got the parts the same day and got the car ready for me before midday which was fantastic! Overall I am very pleased with the experience, the work on the car and the service provided and I will be sure to use this garage again.
Servicing shambles
I booked a service at the Aylesbury centre for my hybrid, having read on the F1auto website how they have specialiat hybrid technicians. The appointment and the detail of a hybrid service was confirmed by email and I rang the day before to confirm. On arrival for my appointment I was informed that this branch NEVER does hybrid servicing and they could not help, thus wasting half a day of my time through sheer incompetence. Go to Halfords round the corner.

Overcharged for parts had mot and service done told coil springs needed changing to pass mot said go ahead. Really expensive compared to Halfords for the parts. Won’t be going back after taking car there for 6 years.
