The products I ordered came when expected and were of great quality. The price was compelling too given the quality of the items. I'll be using Forest Whole Foods again!

Order arrived on date expected. Well packaged. All items present in the order.
It’s great to have a company where I can get most, if not all, the organic items I need from one place. All items with generous use by date and until I get to use the items I trust the description of the products.

This is the first time I order from this store. Very pleased with the dried mango and quinoa. Good range of healthy & organic food product, very reasonably priced and fast delivery. I will recommend this store.

I recently bought 1kilo dried almonds.
I recently bought 1kilo dried almonds.
They arrived OKAnd well packed. However, when I opened them
They were , dry, dusty, bendy, absolutely awful.some had rodent bite marks on them!
I tipped the almonds into a container, to check them all. They were uniformly poor quality
I contacted F.WFoods and explained, I took photo, as req.
I offered to return them.
I was pretty much disbelieved, ( ie our goods are the finest quality etc.)
I was offered a credit note for ( my next purchase )
But, I didn’t wish to make a next purchase.!!
(I’ve been buying dried almonds to eat , as a snack for 8 plus years) from a different co. Without any issues.
I would not wish to deal with Forest Whole Foods again.
As much from the way ,the issue was dealt with, as the really poor quality product I received.

Here at Forest Whole Foods we take product quality very seriously. We would like to reassure you that all our products undergo strict quality control checks to ensure they meet our high quality standards before dispatch.
Our organic almonds are a natural product and can vary slightly in appearance and taste. This includes having the odd chip on the nut kernels.
We are very sorry to hear that you were not keen on our organic almonds on this occasion.

Great value for the organic quality
Great value for the organic quality. It tastes really good too. Buying it in bulk over several kg on Amazon when I need to restock. Really saving me money. Highly recommend.

THEIR BUTTER BEANS ARE THE BEST

Delivered to the wrong house
The food was delivered to the wrong house.
We notified you and you said you'd contact the Post Office. Despite 2 follow-up communications we never heard back from you. We are out the money and trying to recover it.

Adzuki Beans
It was great to find some adzuki beans at last! The local supermarkets didn't have any dry or tinned beans and I needed them for a Red Dragon Pie. I had been substituting them with other beans and lentils but it never tasted the same! Hooray, I can now enjoy the real thing! Thank you Forest Whole Foods!
