Excellent value for money
Excellent value for money with very quick postage only drawback was the couriers you use. DX have a very bad reputation and unfortunately it’s well deserved I know this as I have been a courier myself for the last 20 years

Poor after sales service.
The product arrived on time and well packaged. The following day, so no delay there, I received an email 'from' Rob Mobberley inviting me to comment on the product, favourably presumably. On inspecting the product I had a couple of questions, not complaints, so I went straight back, on Monday & Tuesday 26/27 June, and since then, apart from an acknowledgement of my email (Case ref: 337912), I have heard nothing in spite of your promise to get back within 2 working days. Very disappointing. Please email me me straight away. I would prefer to speak to someone direct so please let me have a contact number in your reply, as you don't seem to accept incoming calls.

Hi James. Sorry about that. We need to get that updated, Rob has left now and your email went unanswered in his old inbox for a few days. I see you have a reply now, apologies for the delay.
Quick friendly service
Quick friendly service, though some things (be careful) have inflated top prices. But I love this site and the daily offers.
