Ordered a part through parts gateway and fordbits priced it and sent with It in Two days.
Price very reasonable easy to deal with delivery when they said it would be will definitely get in touch with ford bits for anything else .

I purchased a Fiesta ST150 gearbox via PartsGateway.com. There was a small hiccup with the courier (not FordBits fault) but this was swiftly and efficiently dealt with by FordBits and I still received my order in good time.

Helpful, friendly and professional service. I would be happy to use them again.

I purchased a Fuel Cap Cover for a Ford Fiesta from Ford Bits on 24th February 2022. On the 25th February, the incorrect item arrived. It was the wrong item and was not for my vehicle. I called Ford Bits straight after delivery raising an issue with the item. They said that they would dispatch the correct one on Monday 28th February as I had missed the courier on the Friday, and at the same time collect the wrong one that had been sent so that it could be returned, which I was fine with and originally believed it was a genuine mistake. I called Wednesday 2nd March as the part had still not arrived and was advised that the part had been sent and that it should arrive very soon and asked for tracking details to be sent. I was advised that it would be sent by the close of the day. on Thursday 3rd i then contacted them again as i did not receive tracking information. I was again told it was in hand and had been posted and should arrive soon. On Friday 4th I called again as the item had still not arrived. I asked Ford Bits to give me a refund and just collect their item from me as I believed they did not have the correct item in stock. I told them that i had paid alot of money for the part and was not happy with the service. I was advised that my part had already been dispatched by royal mail second class on Wednesday 2nd March and was told it should arrive by Monday 7th or Tuesday 8th March. I was told that i had not spent alot of money and that I was rude on the phone. Which is not true at all. The manager had called me telling me he would not put up with people being rude to their staff. I told him he is providing me a service.
I then called back on Wednesday 9th March at around 1pm as the item had still not been received. I was then told that the manager was out of the office and that he would call me back or email. I then called at 4.30pm and was told the manager was still not in the office but was dealing with the issue. I then called back at 5.30pm and was told that an email had been sent by the manager to me, which was not the case. I asked what the manger had said and this was that the item had been sent royal mail 2nd class, no proof of sending. I asked for a refund again which i was told they would not provide until i had waited further time for the part to arrive. I said i did not believe they had sent the part and they put the phone down on me. I then called back shortly after and same thing happened again this time by the manager. Ford Bits were never going to send me the correct part, and wanted me to pay to return a wrong part they had sent even though originally they stated they were going to get a courier to collect. Full of lies.

This company has numerous complaints on google and other websites so I would avoid like the plague!!!
I wish i had seen these reviews before purchasing.
The staff are rude, and this can be seen in all of their replies on here too!

I was told that they have recorded all my phone calls, which is brilliant as they can see how useless there staff have been throughout. Both the lady who answers the phone and the manager were totally useless and had no customer service skills.

Ford bits are an extremely professional firm. Quality parts, prompt delivery and I have always found staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They always go the extra mile and pride themselves on their customer service. Can’t understand the negative reviews. Must be mixing them up with someone else in my experience.

Great service from these guys after my car was heading for the scrap heap. Paid and collected within days of first communication and was so easy.
Hopefully I won't have to use again for some time but as I have bought another CC I know where to come should I need anything!

I do not know who these people are who are sending bad reviews but What I do know Ford bits and there staff are not like that if anything they go out of there way to help you like I said I have been dealing with them for years they deliver parts or you can go to there place were they help and assist you
If you need good quality ford parts they are as good as it gets

Fantastic seller, really know their stuff, nearly ordered the wrong ABS pump for my Mondeo, they told me which one i needed and explained why, saved me days of inconvenience and got my car back on the road quicker. Thanks again guys, really appreciate it ☺️
