Footwear etc. is a local business I have bought from for years. In sending a gift to my sister, I was delighted to find I could order a gift from this trustworthy business. She adored the shoes I sent, which arrived in a timely fashion. However, I found the actual ordering process on the site to be less than seamless. It would be better if you could see which sizes were out of stock in a particular style right from the size selector menu. Despite the inconvenience, the quality of product and service make this site one I'll happily recommend to others and use again.

The insole of these shoes (New Balance M1540GP3 is terrible for a high quality shoe. The rating online for softness was exaggerated and the arch support is not medium but is weak.. I would like to see Footwear offer a good insole at a reasonable price with a high end shoe.

The fit was true to size and the quality of the shoe other than the insole is excellent.

I was honestly concerned when I placed my order because I’d never heard of this company. I ordered anyway because they had the shoe I wanted in the colors I wanted when no one else did. The shoes arrived on time without any issue, exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely use them again when I’m ordering shoes online.

Despite the ongoing pandemic, I received the shoes within 36 hours and I received my inserts/pads a couple of days later! I was also able to call customer service before placing my order to get a reminder of what I had purchased in the past, and that was quite helpful.

I needed work shoes and the website made it super easy to navigate. I also ended up purchasing some sandals for my mom since they were on sale.

couldn't come in due to shut down but was replacing new balance shoes which were in stock. so did everything on line. 2 days later they showed up on my doorstep. impressive!

Love the shoes and they fit great. Since you did not have the brown DSW has the same shoe and I will go by there to get them as soon as it is safe from the Covid 19 virus. LOVE THE SHOES.
