Total joke, 50 pounds each, so big you cannot get them into a pillow cases !!! Went in store to complain, they were totally uninterested, and the unfriendly manager said buy bigger pillow cases. I explained iv bought the biggest ones possible and the pillow will not go flat to sleep on, as it is rammed into the pillow case snd is unable to move. Your manager needs to learn some people customer skills and manners. Never ever again, will I or my family, spend a penny with these scammers who mis sell items with false packaging. No where on the packaging does it say these pillows won't fit into to a case. They are totally unusable and are not fit for purpose. They do not fulfill the false description on the package. The bad attitude from your staff when complaining
doesn't help. I would sooner have donated £100 to charity than let these scammers have it.

Absolutely unacceptable Placed an order two weeks ago with delivery to be Wednesday 7th May all okay and got an email from Dunelm on the 6th confirming delivery on my chosen day May the 7th . Took a day off work to accept delivery and on the morning of the 7th I go two emails from AIT Home delivery saying Delivery will be Thursday the 8th May This is totally unacceptable to give notice on the day of delivery Yet another day off my work and a wasted holiday day . Before Christmas I ordered a duvet cover, matching pillow cases and a fitted sheet. Bought a Fogarty double duvet…
Bought a Fogarty double duvet hollofibre.
It is utterly useless because of faulty manufacture.
It has a series of evenly spaced seams running from head to toe (or should have).
Mine has a missing seam on one side resulting in a double width gap.
All the hollofibre filling just falls down or sideways resulting in a great fibreless zone so the the person sleeping on thaty side has no insulation at all.
It is obvious that Fogarty (Dunelm) have no quality inspection after manufacture and sell the product rolled up so that the missing seam is not visible.
I bought this some months ago but have only just started using it so obviously have no receipt.
I have a picture of how it should look (my duivet is under a cover but could pull out and show if Fogarty deign to respond.) but cannot see here how to attch that picture.
My advice is – don’t trust Fogarty from Dunelm on duvets – insist on unwrapping in store to ensure there is a full set of vertical seams – or freeze in cold weather.

Bought a fogarty mattress from dunelm, it sagged n stitching coming away only 10months after, complained, dunelm sent a technician who said nothing wrong with it, been in touch lots of times but they wont do anything about it, disgusting.

I bought a mattress last year and literally I’ve just had to ring them to tell them that the springs are coming through the mattress. It’s a Fogarty orthopaedic mattress with a 10 year warranty and guarantee asking me 1 million questions. I’ve told them I’ve not even had it a year yet that it needs to be replaced and I’m having troubles and issues I’ve turned the mattress over. I’ve slept on both sides and I am waking up with precious so it’s uncomfortable and it’s not right at all. One of my family members is works in the legal side of things and the law side of things and they was the one that I told in general conversation and they were the one that said check the guarantee and warranty on the mattress. I told them the problems and they said by law they need to replace it with one that you want, and not to replace it with the same one because it will only do the same in a years time or to give me a full refund. I’m asking for a replacement of my choice they are still questioning me. I have sent them videos and photos and telling me that if I haven’t turned it over and slept on the other side then they won’t replace it. I haven’t shown them videos or pictures of the other side of the mattress which is clearly been slept on and you can see But it is not comfortable.

Fogarty 1500 pocket gel mattress…
Fogarty 1500 pocket gel mattress single. Price with delivery was £241.15. Delivered in plastic covering. The plastic covering was filthy dirty like it had been stored in someone’s garden. I have tried to contact the company. Unfortunately the virtual assistant doesn’t work. They do not give a telephone number or a email address so I can contact them to make a complaint. So I will have to make the complaint by letter. No after sales service

Fogarty duo duvet, cost £110 17 months ago. Massive lump of feathers in the middle. Looks like there's something in the bed! Dunelm won't help because it's out of 12 month warranty, but obviously faulty! Poor customer service from Dunelm who can tell from my account I've spent £1000's with them over the years!

I ordered a Fogarty mattress which after a few month started sagging. I have called them to use the warranty as this is clearly faulty - they sent someone to review the mattress who declared it non faulty although in his own report it is clearly showing 3cm sagging in the middle.
That was just 2-3 months down - now 6 months down the sagging is bigger it is fully uncomfortable I have mad back pain and cannot sleep on the front side as my body is "banded". this is wild for a brand new mattress and I am just considering buying a new one now.... after just 6 months ! other customers have the same issue in the comments. 0 support from Dunelm
I bought a 10.5 tog Fogarty duvet Oct…
I bought a 10.5 tog Fogarty duvet Oct 23. The filling has all split up inside the cover so there are large areas with no filling. I still have the receipt. When I returned the item to the shop the manager said they don't refund on duvets outside of 28days. The item is faulty, I didn't change my mind on the purchase!!. I would have bought a new duvet from Dunelm had they exchanged it and gone for better quality but decided to go elsewhere.

Oh no, I can't get a refund until the item has been returned... I don't have any control over Evri and it could take them months to return it to Dunelm...
Someone really needs to look at consumer law in the UK as its unfair that the customer cannot get a refund when there is proof that the goods are still with the carrier and 'lost'.
