Why can flogas charge £0.68 per litre for bulk gas supply when there two main competitors only charge £0.35 per litre.
I have just discovered that they have been ripping me off for the past10 years & twice in the last 12 months they have failed to top my bulk tank up so I have run out completely .
Why anybody would even consider using them is beyond me.

I ordered a gas bottle on 13th April and was given a date for delivery before the 24th April which I phoned to confirm it would happen as I had an important event on the 25th I needed the gas for, they confirmed it would definitely be before the 24th.I even offered to pick it up from the local depot to ensure I had the gas. now the 4th May no gas, no comm's they never respond to emails amazing how they took the money within hours!!! just avoid this company shocking customer service and zero communication.

Having read some of the reviews on trustpilot I am in agreement with the one star views, flowgas took over countrywide and it would seem flowgas is using the same tactic as countywide sting your customers in any way possible poor phone service, poor pricing, delay in sending out contracts, I have yet to see my contract so I am unable to refuse it during the 14 day cooling off period. If it wasn’t the fact that the tank in situ is against gas regulations I would have moved to another company. I am due to pay 39p/litre fixed for 1 year and the second year 12p/litre added. Do I like this company NO, I see it going the same way as countrywide. More and more customers are disliking this company.

Had a gas leak, took 12 hours for the engineer to be tasked to job and turn up. The time they turned up had no gas left in the bottle. The lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful, refused to deal with me even though I was on the account. Was left without gas for 6 days when the weather was down to minus temperature. so had no heating, hot water or any cooking. Had a second bottle turn up and had another issue with that bottle, engineer returned to find no fault on our system. He left a test bottle on so we could see if we was using to much gas and was told he would return in a couple of days to test the system again, but never returned. Tried to speak with the main office and was lead on a goose chase, being put through to different apartments and being told it was nothing to do with them. Requested a call back from a manager which still hasn't happened. Rung the main office and was promised a call back from the emergency team and it never happened and also reminded them that they had left the test bottle of which they had forgotten, they had left. Then finally got a answer, they blamed us for using to much gas. Even though my partner and I work and are out all day. Very disappointed in how we have been treated.

Had a gas leak. Technician Dave came around within 30 mins of reporting it. Super friendly and very professional diagnoses the problem immediately. A damaged component was replaced and my boiler was up and running within a couple of hours. Also gave me some handy advice for the next stage of my kitchen gas installation. All for no cost. Thanks for saving Christmas! 🤙🏻

Benjamin was courteos throughout the visit and explained what I needed to help inform my decison.
Although not happy to find out later that I was charged £450 installation having noticed this was waived for other prospective clients

Thanks Flogas for my 14% increase in gas. Thats really close to inflation. Its yourselves that should be wareing the COVID mask for highway robbery.

Benjamin Line drove three house to visit me and offered to install an LPG tank free of charge if I did the base work. Calor quoted £500 for the same install. He was incredibly helpful and informative. Excellent customer service, no sales talk and very good advice on keeping warm until the install can take place. Highly recommended
