Order #24092 was fully paid but never delivered on Valentine’s Day. It has been over 10 days and there is still no refund or response from customer support. Extremely disappointing experience.
Big time fraud !!!!!!

Fraud site ..After payment no confirmation or deliver the product. Even no contact no provide in portal and email I'd also bounce

Ordered for the first time and my experience was awesome. I liked the fact that they call you and let you know that they have received the order and confirms the details with you. Very trustworthy.

I have ordered cake on valentine’s day but they didn’t deliver. They promise to deliver within 3 hrs but these all are trap. Never order on this site. I have sent many emails but there is not a single reply. Even they are not giving refund too. Never saw such company.even customer care number is switch off. Very bed experience

FAKE SITE GUYS!! I ordered a birthday cake yesterday. Still no response from these guys. They charged 800 rupees and 250 extra for midnight delivery. Don't buy anything from this site. Such an a****les**

This is a fake website don’t trust on them. They neither deliver your cake/flowers nor refund your money. This and her sister company cakesportal.in. Both are fraud. My ₹2228 is stuck. And they are not refunding and if same happened with you. You can contact the so called owner of this fraud company. His fb profile @piyush.arora11

I ordered cake on July 1st, it was supposed to deliver on 3rd July.. I ordered valentine combo which consists of 1kg cake, teddy bear, bunch of flowers, Ferraro rochers chocolate and dairy milk. However they just delivered a half kg cake from a shop near by to my house. I didnt get any other items as of now. I paid 3114 but they are not refunding any amount yet. Since I paid through my credit card, I raised dispute with my bank and got refunded. Don't believe this site. A fraud people.

Worst ever experience, pls do not trust these people. I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday, unfortunately choose the site. The cake was ordered at 5pm to be delivered before 10pm. I paid the delivery charges as well, after an hour, I received a mail stating I need to pay 150 extra for delivery (value of the cake was Rs.600 + delivery 100 already paid)
I was shocked and refused to pay additional charges, as it was a theft.
They mailed me several times, stating they will not be able to deliver without additional charges, finally had to cancel the order as it got too late.
They promised for a refund but never received, they stopped responding to emails and it's been a month now.

Services, pathetic.... Not trust worthy 😠

There is no option to give negative star for this. My friends have ordered cake in this website for my Birthday. They said they could not deliver on that day and refused to deliver next day as well, they charged the money but never reimbursed.

I ordered a cake from flower portal. First, they could not deliver my order and they cancelled it. And since it is more than a week they are not refunding my money and not responding my mail also which is the worst thing.
My first experience with flower portal which is very bad.

Worst Flower portal, cheating the customers. I placed order for Oct 9th mid night they accepted first but i received mail by 9:30PM (Oct 9th Order postponed to oct 10th). I was waited for completed I didn't get order received. I mailed so many times to Flower portal but they didn't respond my mail. Still now I didn't get my money back.

I placed an order months ago and after much effort they provided a coupon code as they failed to deliver the order. Now when I use the coupon code, it's INVALID. Pathetic service.

I ordered a cake from this website yesterday but it is looking totally different from what is displayed in their page and also it is looking like a normal bakery cake.
Too costly but it doesn't worth the price.

I ordered a cake for my friend's birthday, to be delivered two days later. There was no response from them, I paid online. No communication whatsoever!!!!! I mailed them twice, the phone was switched off!

Addition! The cake has been delivered, I just wish they would be more communicative.
