Encomenda dececionante. As flores não foram entregues na data prevista, mas sim com 2 dias de atraso, o que arruinou completamente a surpresa. Além disso, o arranjo chegou danificado e seco. O serviço de apoio ao cliente não compreende o meu pedido de reembolso, que é totalmente justificado. Péssima experiência, não recomendo
J'ai commandé des fleurs et chocolats et je n'ai jamais reçu les chocolats.
En plus, ils ont livré un jour après l'anniversaire alors que la commande a été passée plusieurs jours avant.

This should surprise nobody after reading the other comments below: we placed an order on 10/10/24 for delivery on 31/10/24. Total amount 83 euros. Result? No delivery. No notification. And when you call the number on their website? No answer.

No response to emails asking them to confirm if flowers were delivered. I eventually confirmed with intended recipient that no flowers were ever delivered. Still no response from Flores.pt as to why. Now seeking money back but suspecting I'll get no response to this either

Mesmo a minha mãe tendo sido contactada e dizerem-lhe que estavam a caminho o bouquet incomendado para o dia 4 de Maio não chegou!!
Tentaram entregar no dia 6 de Maio mas a minha mãe recusou a entrega...claro. Pedi a devoluçao do pagamento e até hoje estou á espera.... o que é mesmo grave é que a minha mãe depois disto tudo teve um AVC e está no hospital!!
Este site é vergonhoso.. encomendei uma jarra de flores para ser entregue entre as 17h e 20h, e entregaram as 16h.. para não falar que quem fez a entrega ainda fez a entrega com cara de gozo e a rir se da minha mãe. As flores são completamente diferentes das que encomendei e metade já estavam a morrer. 2 dias depois e muitas já estavam mortas. Mandei um e-mail no mesmo dia a pedir que retificasse mas fui ignorada. No dia a seguir liguei e disseram que já tinham recebido o e-mail e passado para a pessoal responsável. 4 dias depois e ainda não obtive qualquer resposta! Evitem esta empresa ao máximo, além de ser caros mandam flores velhas e completamente diferente do que apresentam no site!
I recently placed my first order for flowers from flores.pt , and I must admit that I was very disappointed with the experience.
The size and selection of the flowers I received bear no resemblance to what is showcased on the website :(
While the JARRA GREEN arrangement is passable, I have concerns about the height of the flowers and how it's arranged; it doesn't match my expectations.
As for the JARRA PASTEL arrangement, it was incredibly disappointing. On the website, it appeared to have far more selection of flowers and made a much more impressive display.
I contact them but no one answered me.
I recently 21/11/2023 had the unfortunate experience of purchasing flowers from Flores.pt online in Lisbon, and I must say it was nothing short of a disappointment. The bouquet I received was a far cry from the vibrant, fresh arrangements depicted on their website. It's safe to say that I feel scammed and deeply regret spending 30 euros plus delivery 36.50 on what can only be described as a bouquet of leftover, subpar flowers.
First and foremost, the flowers I received were clearly old, with wilted petals and a lackluster appearance. It was evident that these were not the fresh blooms promised in their online pictures. The short already cut several times branches only added to the overall lack of appeal, making the bouquet seem more like a haphazard collection of discarded flowers than a carefully crafted arrangement. Never received short branched arrangement incredibly.
What infuriates me the most is the blatant misrepresentation of the product. The online images showcased vibrant, long-stemmed flowers, whereas the reality was pre-cut short flowers with fully opened blooms. It's misleading and feels like a deliberate attempt to deceive customers into paying a premium for what essentially amounts to floral leftovers.
Paying 30 euros for this substandard bouquet was nothing short of a rip-off. I expected quality and attention to detail, but instead, I received a bunch of flowers that seemed like they were about to be discarded. The whole experience left a bitter taste in my mouth, and I cannot recommend Flores in Lisbon to anyone who values honesty and quality in their floral purchases.
In conclusion, my advice is to steer clear of Flores in Lisbon unless you're willing to risk your hard-earned money on what seems to be a scam. There are undoubtedly better florists in the area that value their customers and deliver on the promises they make. Save yourself the disappointment and find a florist that takes pride in their work rather than one that seems content with providing subpar, misleading products.
PS I called the shop at reception of the bouquet for explanation, and they said this is it, barely speaking English, but I speak some Portuguese. They asked for pictures and said we will see. Which I emailed of course, followed with a radio silent reply.
