Wow really wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing! Nearly a month on my floor mat has still not arrived. The company say they've dispatched another one but looking at the other reviews I'm getting suspicious. I've paid over £40 for something that hasn't arrived. I paid via PayPal so hopefully they can help get my money back!

I ordered a floormat for my office chair to protect a carpet for £54.99 plus £10.00 handling and packaging on 02/04/2021. It still hasnt arrived 24/04/2021. They have a .co.uk website address but are based in the EU and the parcels get stuck in customs because they havent completed all the export paperwork. Avoid, they are not UK based and you will not get your stuff or a refund or you have to pay customs charges on top.

Awful company to deal with. Goods did not arrive weeks from ordering. Contacted them but just received generic responses blaming the courier. Gave them lots of opportunity to sort the problem but eventually had to claim via credit card company. I withdrew the claim when the goods arrived but quality was so poor it was unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Really bad experience dealing with this company. Mat arrived and looked fine. After 4 weeks 2 cracks appeared. Sent photos and was offered 16% discount. Said that was not what I wanted so they said send it back to Germany at your expense and we will then decide whether to refund you - or have 23% discount. I then said what I wanted was a replacement and I would give the delivery driver the faulty mat take back to them. That was the last I heard from them. Appalling service and unacceptable quality product.

Do not order anything from this company. My experience was identical to Kathy below. Mat cracked after a few weeks. Don’t respond to emails. I took them to the small claims court they didn’t respond so court issued a county court judgment to pay me. They didn’t pay so submitted an enforcement only to find out they had recently changed their UK address to a Dublin address so can’t enforce CCJ. Awful company - stay away!

I made an order for 5 mats for a charity spending over £260. After them telling me my order is lost. Then with another email a week later they say they have sent out the order again. Since then they have ignored all emails. As for their phone that never gets picked up.

I have reported this to PayPal in the hope I can get my charity their money back. They have been nothing but hard work. Save yourself a lot of grief and your money.

Very slow company I don't even know if they understand English to have any conversation.

Absolutely horrible experience. I have ordered a mat. Paid £60. Didn't receive it!! Month later after multiply emails they offered to give me 30% back!! Theft!! Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a floor mat for the carpet, I made the mistake as have others of not checking on here first.

It took a few weeks to arrive but I thought that it was ok, even though I had thought I was buying from a UK company, to find out it actually comes from Germany.

I left it to settle for 3 days in place before using it. But it only took 2 months for the cracks to show, before 3 months I was having chunks of plastic dropping out. When I contacted them to complain I was offered a 16% refund and asked to send pictures. After seeing the pictures I sent they offered me a 23% discount.

I wish I could publish a photo on here to show you the state of the mat 3 months in. It only became apparent how badly damaged the mat was when I removed it as it was placed on light tan carpet. You can clearly see deep cracking in a full circle where the chair sat, with large patches of missing plastic that has completely come away. It is shocking the damage done in such a short time frame.

Ordered a couple mats after foolishly not reading the Trustpilot reviews beforehand. Only realised once I placed my order and realised the "reviews" for the product I ordered were a year out of date or perhaps all faked. I requested an order cancellation and refund a day after but they said they could only refund me 15%, after I replied no, they offered 30% but couldn't go any higher. Still hasn't arrived either and it's been 3 weeks. They respond to emails at random and don't even bother trying to call, they don't pick up the phone. Trying to get a refund via my bank.

Ordered a mat to go under an office chair on carpet just over a year ago. Within a few weeks it had cracked and split. Tried to contact company for replacement. They didn't want to know and i could not phone them. They took ages to reply by email after several reminders and at first they offered a small discount on a new mat which I didn't want. They refused to do anything so I got in touch with credit card company to obtain a chargeback! Their service and attitude is disgraceful! They give the impression they are a British company but in fact they are German. No one should use them! Totally unreliable and couldn't care less about the consumer.The product was rubbish!

A few years ago I ordered a high end £50 chair mat from them. After around 2 months it cracked. The company replied saying they wont replace it as these things happen. They dont know if I was using it properly... As the cracks got worse I duck taped the mat together and got around 2 years use from it.

I then made the mistake of ordering from them again. Same product. It lasted 2 weeks and the company never replied to any of my emails over a 12 month period asking for help.

Go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

Purchased several mats from this company a year ago, generally happy with the items, however one of them is of very poor quality and has broken.

I have contacted them 3 times over the last 3-5 months to notify them of the problem, and have not had one response! Very poor after service, just basically rude.

The item was less than 5 months old when I first tried to contact them.

Avoid this company, don't buy from them, there's other companies to buy from, who are better.

Yup, like others, ordered mats, late-arriving (took 23 days!), chased multiple times, told more would be sent, ended up waiting so long I said I wanted to cancel as I'd bought some elsewhere as I needed them for the builders working in the garden. They said it was too late to cancel even though the item tracking said it hadn't been dispatched.

Unfortunately, I was on a work call when they arrived and couldn't refuse to accept delivery, the driver left them in the porch.

Offered a 30% discount to keep them but I said they were no use as I already had mats from elsewhere. Said I could return them but at my cost to Germany (they are very heavy garden safety mats).

I am now about to take them through the courts as they are now ignoring my complaint and request for them to arrange collection.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Scammers, no other way to describe them. Absolute disgrace that PayPal still allow them to use their platform. Avoid at all costs.

Received a mat that has a manufacturing issue and is clearly a second. The company has offered a discount in a similar fashion to other reviews and have requested the item is returned to Germany. The company represent themselves as a UK organisation but are not. I have had emails blocked and have raised with PayPal.
AVOID.

Extremely poor service - DO NOT USE. The wind sail purchased was poorly packaged and arrived late and badly damaged - unusable. This company has played a game offering discounts for me to keep the item. They finally offered a refund only after I escalated the sale to Paypal and provided a return address that doesn't exist meaning I have now also incurred return postage costs. DO NOT USE this company - there are plenty of other reputable suppliers out there.

I would give this company no stars if I could. Ordered mat, didn’t arrive within timescales. Email sent to query delay, advised they would look into it and arrange to send out a replacement. Replacement duly arrived and was faulty. They requested I sent them pictures, did so but they said they can’t see the damage. Offered me 16% discount if I kept the rug. Said I wanted to return item and get refund, they then offered me 23% discount or I could return to Germany at my own cost - not doing this!!!! I am speaking to my card provider about a chargeback and will be complaining to Trading Standards - we need to stop these people.

As with many other reviewers have found out all too late, this is a totally fraudulent company making money from selling products advertised as high quality that turn out to be total trash. If you're reading these reviews before buying the product you're incredibly lucky - click the back button now and get on with your life, avoiding this company. Unfortunately most people reading these reviews are only here because they've already been scammed, so here's my story.
I ordered an anti-vibration mat measuring 100x125cm. I received no shipping notifications and after about 5 days I contacted the company to make sure it had been dispatched (it was technically still within their indicated delivery time). They said they would look into it and as it turns out, there was a problem, and they dispatched a new product. Fine. That second product arrived later than expected, so in total we're now about 2 weeks past the original order. I measured it upon arrival and to my dismay, found it to be shorter than advertised by 12cm. This might not seem significant, but I ordered it specifically for this size, and it did impact what I was planning to do with it. It appears to have been cut by hand and measurement done by eye. There are evidently no quality standards in place at the warehouse.
The people dealing with customer complaints are polite enough but know full well they are bending customers over. I was offered a 15% refund to keep the faulty product, or I had to ship the product back to Germany myself (yeah, because I would have seen any money back after that). In the end I accepted the insignificant amount of money they offered back, to which I haven't even heard a reply.
Some things you just have to laugh at, but seriously, it's amazing this company is still operating without any investigation into them.

Awful service. I am writing this review 21 days after placing an on-line order and I still have not received delivery. No-one answers their telephone. Email responses are provided within 24 hours but I’m not really sure that I am exchanging messages with anyone who has any real influence. I have tried to cancel the order but these requests (via email) are just overlooked. I really wish I had read these reviews before committing to an order!
