Much like the other bad reviews here, I ordered a polycarbonate floormat which cracked within a couple of weeks. After contacting their support email, I was offered a ridiculous 16% discount on a new mat, and then told that if I wanted a refund I would need to send the mat back to an address in Germany (at my cost, which is clearly against the Consumer Rights Act 2015). I would highly recommend avoiding them!

Mat cracked after 3 months . Wrote to Floormats..no response. Put a poor review on the website..was not published. Bunch of con artists..avoid !!

Another polycarbonate floor mat failure to report. My home office is carpeted yet this expensive £64 floor mat cracked after a few weeks use. I submitted a request for replacement or money back, but have received no response. They don't care about their products or customer support -offshore firm

Bought a polycarb floor mat for a hard floor to go under my office chair. Okay - though pricey! - but seemed a bit small. Ordered 90 x 120 which is one of their standard sizes, but it actually only measures 114 x 85. When I queried it they directed me to item 2.1 in their T&Cs that says their sizes are only accurate to +/- 5%. Why??!! And why is that hidden in their T&Cs and not notified at the point you actually pick a size? I asked but they didn't answer. I had a piece of granite cut to fit my hearth and that was perfectly accurate, not sure why plastic would be problematic!

Ordered dust mat, slow delivery and when it arrived extremely disappointed with the colour and quality. I complained several times, terrible customer service no refund so now stuck with a hideous mat and the company never mentioned on their website it's not a uk company either.
I feel completely conned, steer well clear of these jokers.

Avoid. Ordered polycarbonate mat for computer on carpet. Cost £64.99 with shipping. Took 4 weeks to arrive from EU. They are not UK based despite .co.uk address. The mat has cracked all over after 4 weeks usage. Do not recommend. They have zero after sales support too.

I bought a mat from this company to go under my son’s office style chair in his bedroom. I had previously bought a cheaper one which cracked and I was induced into buying this one by the “guarantee” that it wouldn’t crack. I even asked Customer Services on email directly. Guess what… it cracked. And they offered me an 18% refund, upping it later to 23%!!!!

Ordered from the company's professional looking website, got a confirmation of order email. It took something like a month for the item to arrive (I'd almost given it up for lost at that point).

Initially, the product seemed good: stayed in place on carpet, good texture, quality appearance. However, within about 2-3 weeks of installation, the mat cracked under the rollers of my office chair. These cracks have propagated and now shards of plastic/acrylic are regularly coming out, and the cracks cross nearly the entire width.

Would strongly advise avoiding purchasing a floor mat from this company.

I really should have read the reviews before ordering -Ordered 2 mats, nothing arrived - I enquired and they "couldn't be found" an investigation would take place. A couple of weeks later I was told they went missing and another set were being dispatched. They never turned up either and apparently the courier lost them this time. I got a refund in the end. Original order was end Feb, I eventually got the refund at the beginning of June

Wish I had seen these before I bought. I didn't receive anything for a few weeks, I chased and heard the usual will look at the delivery/tracking etc as others have seen. Not able to provide me with that information though. Now offered me 15% refund - for what I have nothing! Total scam and will not deliver any goods. Referred the case to Paypal to get my money back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I ordered a PRO chair mat for medium pile carpet and was pleased to start with, but within a month it had cracked in 3 places and 2 weeks later is so broken it is unusable. Although the website says they respond to queries in 24 hours, I have had no response at all to 2 emails and a website contact message. Terrible customer service, and having read other reviews now I wonder if I will hear from them at all. More expensive than other brands but much much worse!

Bad product and bad service
Many months after our first complaint about a product that broke up after very little use, which we have followed with more complaints, we have yet to speak to anyone or get any sort of response, never mind a refund. I hate to complain, but this has got to be one of the worst companies to deal with. I can only think of one other company that I have dealt with, which could compete for poor service and products. For the record, this is the item:

Chair Mat for Carpet Floors - PRO Series

My mat took over a month to arrive, although it is a co.uk website and they give the impression it will be delivered quickly from the UK it was stuck in customs for a month.

Then within a month of getting it it is cracked and broken and will have to be thrown out shortly, terrible product, terrible service! £60 wasted.

Still not delivering, still not helpful and still an absolute disgrace.

Terrible company.AVOID AT ANY COST. My cost is wasted £45 for mat which never arrived. Then- I looked up company reviews and realise they have an unbelievable poor rating and have'n bothered to respond at all to any negative revues for ages. SO DON'T USE THEM. GIVE YOUR MONEY TO A GOOD CAUSE INSTEAD. YOU WONT GET A MAT BUT YOU WILL FEEL BETTER AND SO WILL A DESERVING CAUSE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Purchased a PRO quality floormat and within weeks it cracked. Emailed and phoned re refund but no response. I'm now stuck with a degenerating floormat and I suspect I'll not see a refund from this company. I'm taking it up with my bank to see if I can get a refund via disputed transaction. Overall - cheap products, terrible customer care.

Do not buy from this company

It appears stock is not held in the UK and so they will lie, say whatever it is you want to hear while delivery is delayed. It took over two months to get what I ordered despite promises it would be three days.

I wish I had read these reviews before buying my floor mat - it started cracking within about 2-3 weeks of use, and is now in pieces. Despite accepting in emails that the mat must be faulty, they said I could only have a refund if I paid for the postage to return the broken mat, making any net refund too small to be worth it. As an alternative I was offered a 16% (!) discount, on a useless product. They have been ignoring my emails since I asked how to escalate the complaint.

Do not bother to deal with this company. Their products are not fit for purpose and they don’t care. They do not answer the phone or emails. I bought an expensive office chair mat that was used correctly but simply disintegrated below me within weeks. Their reviews speak for themselves. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Mat was put down and after 2 weeks cracked.
I was asked to return the item at my own cost or they would offer a 23% refund.
They don't return my emails, answer the phone or respond to the online form.
