Samples ordered and received in good time

Ordered my requirements for 40m2 of flooring talking to
Lily who was extremely helpful.

I’ve had great customer service with Danielle today, very informative and helpful. I hope the delivery goes as smoothly!

Second time I have ordered flooring, very efficient the first and Danielle was very helpful scheduling the second delivery.

Only ordered samples for now prompt delivery lovely colours.

The delivery service is expensive considering what I have paid for it and the following instructions:

The delivery schedule is from 8am to 6pm. (I cannot leave my place for the day at any moment). The goods are going to be left on the outside door (of my flat, I live in a 2nd floor and the delivery is 7 items of 23Kg each ) and if the truck equiment does not work I would need to help the truck driver to unload my goods. I am not sure how much time I will have to check my goods becuase the driver is on a hurry. If the goods are damaged I need to state it in the delivery paperwork or the goods won´t be replaced.

Just had my engineered oak flooring delivered and it’s beautiful! From start to finish my experience has been excellent. I received a sample promptly, a follow up call from Lily who was very helpful and in no way pushy which was much appreciated. I didn’t want my flooring delivered immediately and so I was contacted by the guys from dispatch who arranged a set date for delivery. Needless to say delivery was on schedule, the courier communicated a two hour window and the product arrived in pristine condition.

It's been a few months since the installation of my new flooring, and I just love the numbers of compliments I am getting. At first, I didn't warm up to the variation in the shade, however now I can see that I was wrong. It is a beautiful flooring, the variation in the shade gives it a natural, warm sophisticated look. I have been asked numerous times where I bought the flooring by my family and friends. Upon delivery, don’t be discouraged by the variation in colour when you look at the individual planks, reserve your judgment after the installation, because you will be amazingly and pleasantly surprised. I want to give my special thanks to Lily and Chris for all the support you've offered me. I am now a very satisfied customer. Thank you!

Chris & Lily are 2 of the most helpful and professional people you could hope to deal with. They answered all my questions and provided excellent advice and service.

First time we have used Flooring365 and so far very impressed. Samples arrived within 48 hours of ordering, website very easy to navigate and order process very straight forward. Received a phone call from Danielle at the company who was really helpful , she explained how the delivery process would work, the timescales involved. We live in on a narrow no through road and by being able to discuss potential delivery problems an appropriate size of vehicle can be used which should make the process more straight forward

Danielle was very understanding about the difficulties I was having regarding a curb side delivery. She has agreed to hold the flooring for a few weeks until I am able to have time to be around in the day.

Did not like the fact that I was charged £100 after returning a floor I had purchased because of the colour. Exchanged the floor for a different floor but was charged the money for an opened box.

I had to contact Customer Services after being unable to complete an order online, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Lily was extremely helpful she took my details and called me back immediately, quickly resolving the issue. She also took the time to provide clear, helpful advice on the products I was purchasing, which was genuinely appreciated. A great example of efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service.

This is a repeat order because we were very pleased with service, price and quality of the product. Danielle followed up our online order with a friendly and knowledgeable phone call to arrange delivery.
Speed of delivery is excellent considering we live in a rural area close to Inverness.

Sorry Danielle, delivery let you down. The delivery arrived damaged, I signed for it noting the damage, took a photo of the damage on the pallet and another showing damage in the open pack. All sent to flooring365 in their 48 hour window. Then Russel responded saying the damage was minor and I should absorb within ‘industry standard wastage of 10-15%’. As soon as I pointed out that the retailer is responsible to deliver the product in an acceptable condition under protections afforded by the consumer rights act 2015, they ceased responding to my emails requesting replacement of the damaged product. The point being (that flooring365 fail to recognise) is that ‘industry standard wastage’ does not absolve the retailer for failing to meet their obligations under the consumer rights act.

Excellent customer service from Danielle who called us the day after placing an order online. Am looking forward to receiving the order.
