When I first subscribed to Flocksy, I was hesitant and unsure about the investment. I’ve always wanted to outsource video editing but had trouble convincing myself that I needed help. After realizing my attempts at DIY video editing were falling short, I decided to take the leap—and I’m so glad I did!

Flocksy wasn’t my first choice, but after seeing their range of services, I decided to give them a shot. One month in, and I’ve found that Flocksy truly offers *everything* I need. The designers, copywriters, and artists I’ve worked with are incredibly talented, and the work has been top-notch.

Although I haven’t yet used their video editing service (which was my original goal), I’ve tested out their graphic design and copywriting services. I’ve been impressed with the turnaround times, especially considering the level of detail in my requests. That said, the process can sometimes be slowed down by minor miscommunications, but it’s been manageable.

On average, with the Platinum plan, I receive around 3 completed projects per day, which is great! I’m excited to see how the second month goes and look forward to testing out the video editing services soon.

Flocksy has been amazing! I needed a graphic design solution for my agency as it was hard to find an in-house designer that met all of our needs. The fact I can have multiple projects running at the same time is incredible. Especially considering the wide range of services. I can't think of anywhere I would be able to find graphic design, video editing, audio editing, web design, copywriting, etc all in one place for a flat rate monthly.

Not only are the service offerings incredible, but so is the team. My project manager Bianca is fantastic! I can tell she pays attention to the work that's being done and is overseeing everything carefully. I've had multiple designers work on mine and my clients designs and I've been extremely impressed with not only the quality of work but the turnaround time as well. When managing multiple clients I have to know I can trust the designers to get it right, and they have exceeded my expectations.

Whether you are a business looking for consistent design resources or an agency looking to outsource work, I can't recommend Flocksy enough.

Out of all the design agencies I have used, Flocksy has been the one I've stayed with for a few reasons: there are some really good designers, the project managers try to accommodate your requests, you get 3 active slots on the top-tier plan, and you can get designs back in Figma which other places don't do. There are some things they could improve on, as sometimes it takes a while to get a designer assigned, and sometimes you have to change designers when they don't suit your project, but the project managers are always helpful and willing to sort things out. They've been super helpful when I had a couple of tight deadlines. Overall, they've been the best agency. I would recommend them if you're looking for quality designs, especially if you need a variety of designs. They can handle pretty much anything from video editing to animation and illustrations, so all phases of your project are covered.

Flocksy does great work on not only my ad designs but they also wrote the copy! It’s been amazing to have one place take care of it all!

Most of the designers are great.

The UX isn't as intuitive as it should be for a design focused site. There have been multiple occasions when buttons or features just didn't work, and slowed down the briefing process.

Additionally, I'm not on the most basic plan, but not on the most expensive one either. I'm definitely paying a premium and feel like the turnaround could be better. It's often taken 2-3 days to find someone to work on projects and that is not at all what I was sold. For a company like mine that has any number of art needs in the pike, it's the main reason I would consider walking away.

Very responsive & quick to jump on the projects. Way easier to get going on things vs. trying to use Fivver or Upwork or one of those types of sites. You do have to be very literal with your project brief & give examples of what you're looking for or you're going to get some random stuff back... But that's true of most outsourced projects. We're 2 months into using them and have no plans to stop anytime soon!

Flocksy has truly taken so much of the workload off of me and the work they produce is absolutely fantastic!

I have been very impressed with the quality of output from Flocksy. I previously tried another on demand Graphic Design service which had a slightly higher star rating and it was very disappointing.
I thought I'd give Flocksy a go for a month and see if their quality was any better and I was amazed at what I've recieved! All work has been to a very high standard, both copy and graphic design across a number of project types and industries.
They have been invaluable to my small agency in the past 2 months, allowing me to get projects out faster, and greatly reducing my stress levels!

I've been with Flocksy over a month and have had a great experience so far. My project manager has done an excellent job matching me with team members and I've really been enjoying access to a variety of support I wouldn't otherwise have. It has freed up my time for other things, both business and family related. The team really takes in the brief and the goal of the work and gives regular follow ups and status updates.

In a short amount of time, the Flocksy team has adapted to our editing style, is quick to respond, and comes back with edits and final products promptly. What they produce is better than anything I've tried making for myself in the past!

We switched to Flocksy after not having a good experience with a similar business that was double the price for half the work....not an exaggeration either. Flocky's dashboard has been much more user friendly and their process has been easy to catch onto. Their communication has been a dream. With a busy schedule sometimes our team isn't able to get to messages/responses right away and the teams still reach out with updates and next steps. It's been amazing having them as an extension and having them add value in talent and process that didn't specifically ask for but absolutely wanted and needed. Thank you Flocksy!

From April to August 2024, I had a great 5-star experience with Flocksy. As of August 2024 my project manager changed from Brooke and I have since gotten far less help with ensuring projects are staying on track. I'd almost prefer to just project manage them myself at this point. I have communicated multiple times that I have tight turnaround times on a lot of my projects I submit and I am told "If you have a time-sensitive project, let me know". So I do! I'm often met with silence for half the day, with no progress on the project. Sometimes, I'll check in with the project manager first thing in the morning to ask if a project will be worked on and I'm told it will be worked on shortly, only for it to not be assigned until the next day. From there, I have to cancel out the project because it could be anywhere from 24-48 hours before I get something back and often times my deadline is or will be passed by then because of the time wasted just sitting in the queue. When I cancel out the job, of course no other project is pulled that day because that counted as an assigned project even though no work was technically done. When this happens all the projects behind it get backed up. It's extremely frustrating and time consuming for me to have to juggle these projects with inconsistent timeframes. With Brooke, projects would be assigned first thing in the morning so I could plan my day accordingly. Now, some days zero projects get worked on, other days a designer can get it done in a couple hours, other days designers take 2 days to complete the same type of project.

I'd like to note that since I've used the platform, the types of projects I am submitting are exactly the same, the designer is simply switching out branding using the same template every time. I provided thorough written and video instructions since the beginning. Sometimes, I'll even go so far as to pull the items that are needed which should eliminate half the work, just slap them on the template. I'd also like to note that I have communicated that most of my projects have a 2-4 day turnaround which does not leave much wiggle room for inconsistency. I am on the silver plan so projects can take 24-48 hours. That is what I plan for. So when one does not get worked on or its a day later than expected, it really throws everything off track. This inconsistency in workflow has really put a damper on my experience with Flocksy and I am debating if I should go back to Design Pickle despite them being more expensive. I just want to get the same service that I was provided with when we first signed up. I want to be able to ensure that my workflow is consistent and I am not having to check in every single day to say the exact same thing. I had a 5 star rating for Flocksy before this so obviously I was a happy customer, I don't take poor reviews lightly and honestly hate leaving them, but I am at my wits end.

I absolutely love Flocksy and the experience Ive had. It has made my company run so much more smoothly. My only concern is that I am a small start up company and the price is a bit much for me and I am slightly worried about that going forward. Aside from that I am very happy with it all. I've had a few designers not to be as a great fit as others are but I recognize that is a normal process. Once I've addressed that to my project manager she was able to help and shift things around. I am extremely grateful for her and all the designers that have worked on my projects. It's been a struggle for me to do everything on my own as the owner and designer of my company. I was a head designer for a few companies years ago and directed my vision to graphic designers. Once covid hit, i lost my job and had to start my own and do every single thing for it and got burnt out. When I thought i had to give up I found Flocksy. I feel like I am back to being a normal designer and appreciate the Flocksy staff that have helped execute my vision in the designs I need done. Amazing company for sure and I highly recommend it to anyone that needs some peace in their life. hahah thank you so very much! great job!

Working with Flocksy has been a game-changer for efficiency and productivity in my business. Before Flocksy, I worked all hours trying to be EVERYTHING in my business. This made tasks like content creation an afterthought. Now, I can pass on those projects to Flocksy and know that I am going to get a high-quality output in return. The time that I've saved has allowed me to become laser-focused on my zones of genius and get precious time back in the evenings to spend with my family. The team is great and very attentive. I've enjoyed everything about Flocksy so far. The creatives I've worked with have been extremely talented and quick. Even the times when I'm not sure how well I communicated my thoughts in a brief, I'm almost always impressed by how well they interpret my thoughts and bring back something even better than what I was thinking. Lots of great talent here.
