i was order this item February 8th
without any information they cancelled my order
several time i contact flip kart customer care they offered they deliver on time
they are given reason is courier service not available in my area
last week also i get 3 order from flipkart

I am extremely dissatisfied with Flipkart’s handling of my issue regarding a defective Blaupunkt 55-inch QLED TV (Order ID: OD433267438558973100). I reported the issue on 4th Jan 2025, and despite receiving a replacement, the same defect persists. Instead of resolving the matter, Flipkart has asked me to wait another 14 days, even though it’s already been over half a month since my original complaint.

As a loyal customer, I expected better service and accountability. This delay has caused immense frustration, and Flipkart’s lack of urgency in resolving the issue is unacceptable. I strongly urge Flipkart to improve its after-sales service and provide prompt resolutions to customers.

To much paid and worst experience wrong product delivery wrong date time promises hate that will remove this app from phone so cheap service

Flipkart has the worst delivery team. They will cancel and return the products that arrived at their delivery center incase no delivery person available but place reason as "Customer is not available for delivery". Even after several complains the Flipkart never takes any action on it.
Finally on a damaged rice cooker replacement they took the product and did not provide a replacement. Flipkart customer service told they cannot refund or replace as the seller has not received the product.

PLEASE DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY AS FLIPKART DOESNT TRUST CUSTOMERS. THEY HIDE THEIR DELIVERY FAULTS.

Sellers are misleading customer and this platform is supporting such sellers. Flipkart is involved in this as customer care is not returning the items. A big blame to Flipkart. Never use flipkart. Worst brand.

1.i have been more then 10 years using Flipkart Flipkart.
Sorry to say this is recent incidents.
1.brought rice _Sona masuri with high price.while cooking very next day could see warm on this.
2.Brought trademill.Pic was different when I got real product.Leg space very less .I wanted to refund.They changed immediately return policy stating replacement can do.
3.They show one price product and when you click link product rate is different.
4.Product quality is worst and return policy is again night mare.you have to rethink before but any product from Flipkart.
Customer care don't bother about customer.Difficult to connect them some time and your issue will never fixed.
Simply they say we can't help vendor don't accept returns.
Flipkart is no more trust worthy now.

Flipkart provides very poor service. I can't recommend others to buy anything on Flipkart. Every order gets automatically canceled when we wait for more than a week. Flipkart provides very disappointing services.

I ordered a new phone, google pixel 7a. As one of my friend is using the same and I liked that phone.
But after order, I got a phone which have heating issues, screen touch issue and getting hang multiple time.
It's obvious that flipkart gave the duplicate model instead of the original.
Even after calling to their call center, the issue is still unresolved.

I order my anime mangas but they scammed me and give me a peace of cardboard also they takes weeks to order a item and they didn't give us as same item as you want Amazon is way more better than Flipkart

Promised Discount not given despite the online transaction was being done with Flipkart's representative being online and promising immediate credit back of discount amount. Now they communicate only to postpone the issue. Flipkart is doing Online Fraud.

Complaint Regarding Pathetic Service and Unprofessional Behavior

I am writing to express my utmost disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had with Flipkart, which has left me deeply dissatisfied and disillusioned with your services.

I placed an order via Cash on Delivery (COD). On the scheduled delivery day, your delivery agent contacted me to deliver the product. However, due to convenience, I opted to make the payment through UPI and shared the OTP as requested by the agent.

Upon returning home from work later that day, to my dismay, I discovered that the product had not been delivered to me despite the payment being made. This was the first instance of inconvenience and dissatisfaction with the service provided by Flipkart.

Subsequently, I immediately contacted your customer care service to report the issue and seek assistance in resolving the matter. However, I was met with sheer disappointment as the customer care representatives exhibited unprofessionalism and a lack of empathy towards my situation. Instead of addressing the issue constructively, they simply denied any responsibility, stating that they could not take any action regarding the undelivered product. Furthermore, their attitude towards my concern was dismissive and unsupportive.

To exacerbate matters, upon receiving the product, I discovered that it was delivered in an open box, raising serious concerns about the quality and integrity of the product. In light of this, I requested that Flipkart provide the picture taken by the delivery partner at the time of delivery for clarification purposes. However, to my disbelief, I was informed that Flipkart could not provide the requested picture, further exacerbating the lack of transparency and accountability in your services.

The entire experience has left me feeling deeply frustrated, disheartened, and betrayed as a loyal customer of Flipkart. The blatant disregard for customer satisfaction, coupled with the unprofessional behavior exhibited by your customer care representatives, reflects poorly on Flipkart's commitment to providing quality service and upholding customer trust.

I strongly urge Flipkart to take immediate action to rectify the situation and address the grievances raised. As a valued customer, I expect nothing less than a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter. Additionally, I implore Flipkart to reassess its customer service protocols and prioritize customer satisfaction and accountability in all interactions.

Regrettably, unless there is a significant improvement in the quality of service and customer care standards, I will be compelled to reconsider my patronage of Flipkart in the future and caution others against engaging with your platform.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address my concerns and restore my faith in Flipkart's services

Worst customer Care service, they were not Providing proper solution to the issue.They are jst asking sorry for the inconvenience and repeating the same

They are cheating customers by rating fake reviews and their refund policy is worst.

There is customer case number for flipkat but it never connect to executive.
There is no support from customer support.

hypocrites unreliable mismanaged lack of employees too much power given to employees if package is taken for delivery it must be delivered. delaying dates of delivery should not be allowed without proper communication with customer

I have orders a rain coat for my dog so i had to cancel it due to size and the quality of the product it was very cheap quality …so I have raised the return request and asked I refund it .. the return request was been raised before the return policy expires .. they have cancelled my return request and don’t know why they have cancelled the return request and when I trying to ask for call transfer to senior they are refusing it …and disconnected my call thrice.. being a plus member of Flipkart I do not deserve this name of the custome executive is Rith and another men who disconnected my call.. the issue should be resolved .. now I have just whiten a review but next I will have to post it on social media very poor service 😶

I ordered a RO from Eureka Forbes with feature (RO+UV+UF+TA)

They have different options of choosing from the above 4. I chose the one with all four of them. There was a open box delivery and delivery guy in hurry asked to check if the product has damage or not. And left it at doorstep. After sometime I opened it and was checking the authenticity of product and I called EUREKA Forbes to check. They were asking for model number. I provided it and they said its not same. They asked a few questions to determine if the actual product is different. I shared every details and they said it is not the product with TA feature. I called flipkart and  after speaking with several agents. My replacement was arranged. And after a few days I received a call from FLIPKART saying that because it was open box delivery we cannot arrange a replacement and the agent was adamant and very rude. Further I called Flipkart again for a resolution and agent listened to the issue and blamed me for this and said the same thing about OPEN box delivery and she was very rude and frustrated and angry. She kept using Sarcasm and was getting very personal. She even threatened me that you will never be able to return or get replacement. It was a clean threat. I am shocked by this kind of customer service. The call time was 03:16 PM IST Aug 02, 2023. Her name was Prachi i guess.
Very Very Very rude and disconnected the call instead of giving me a supervisor. I called again and other girl was okay talking but she shared a different and irrelevant information that the product can be replaced after installation. Pathetic customer service FLIPKART. I feel so sorry that I placed this order through Flipkart. I have placed 100s of orders until now. But this experience is the worst one can get and I feel sorry for customer service that is delivered by FLIPKART. The reason is genuine and one can easily get a replacement arranged but NO is all they had to say. Even after arranging a replacement order they denied and cancelled it. I have nowhere to go now as they do not transfer to supervisor and do not give any references of where to go and who to get in touch. No escalation/ Grievance redressal process. Even after contacting on the number mentioned on Grievance redressal

I dnt knw why my order cancellation of being done by flipcart delevery agent as he is my enemy or what .2 order cancelled and I call customer care she also cut my phone after 1 min as I think she also dnt knw what to say or dnt have manner to talk as i m a good customer of flipcart but I have to move to Amazon due to nonsence staff of flipcart ....1 give 1 star and want to give 0

Guys don't buy any product from flipkart because they don't take any responsibility for the product warranty and replacement.i had a issue that have still not solved
