This is my second pair of Randolph…
This is my second pair of Randolph Engineering sunglasses, the first was 39 years ago and they still going strong, albeit a bit worse for wear. The drivers series are really light and the semi polarisation is great. Really happy with the purchase from flightstore at a great discount.

alpha ma1 jacket in navy blue
brought the alpha ma1 jacket in the blue,great jacket and XL was a great fit.its warm and (A genuine ma1) price was good,been wanting one for years, finally got one,lots of copy's out there,if your going to get one worth saving for the real McCoy.quality is great.delivery was great too.kept me informed as to what's what.

very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, i called before ordering twice asking about size of alpha jackets and given the wrong info so end up buying the wrong size then i wanted to return it for an exchange but told i should cover the return cost as its my fault ,on the phone they are not very friendly either neither trying to help even i even explained that I'm disabled i cant go to post office etc. but they dont listen or cared. Answer to your reply so buying the jacket half price doesn't mean you can treat me this way no communication gone stray you just made sure you are not helping, shame on you clearly shows the poor customer care.

We can see no reason at this stage for any disappointment in our service
You bought a jacket at less than 1/2 price at 3;19pm on the 25th March and we despatched it at 3:50pm on the 25th March.
We have not been made aware of any issues since then. Perhaps communications have gone astray?

Great experience!
I have made 2 purchases so far. Excellent customer service. The items were dispatched promptly and were with me within a couple of days. They even contacted me to double check and clarify some order details and offered me solutions. The items were packed with a lot of care and secure. I would shop again, I would recommend.
