I booked and got confirmation for 3 tickets or march 2026 .I made a deposit and when I call to make another payment.they told me that their has been a technical problem and my tickets has been unconfirmed and their is an issue with flight.they cant solve it within the 9 months .guess what the flight is still available on trip.com and their no technical problem . They are trying to sale me tickets way more expensive than I have booked on my previous ticket.they said with will take 5 working days to get the refund guess what it's been more than 5 working day and the money is not in my account. Very bad customer service from a so call stan with an accent. THEY ARE BIG TIME SCAMMERS AND LIARS STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Do not do not trust them
They demand you pay them by transferring the payment
They claim they will send itinerary etc once full payment is taken
Then once payment is taken that is it
Disgusting
They scammed my friend

I wanted to booked flights for vacations I called them and tried to get cheaper tickets and the person I was in contact by the name of John, by the accent he sounded like from subcontinent he offered me cheap tickets and ask me to pay some amount of 200£ which I paid the rest were Supposed to be paid after flight full details, according to him flight was booked on Saudi airlines and when called Saudi airlines nothing was booked by any of the given names I called back and they held on phone for 5 mins and yet asked to pay full in order to get full flight details. They scammed me and 200£ is lost.

John and Ahmed provided me with Not a bad service. I call John in the first part of April 2025 to book my Ticket To Jamaica and I asked if I could do deposit as previously I can do instalments and I was told yes. But when I called to make my deposit I was told that I needed to pay in full. My ticket was £1285 and I deposit £100. So I will need to pay the balance in full. I could not pay in full so I asked them to wait until the end of May. I paid full payment on the 3rd of June. I have used this company for the past five years, but I don’t know if I’m gonna use them again next year or the following year cause I go to Jamaica every year. Overall, I am this satisfied thanks John and Ahamrd

Total scam! Do not book anything through them. John is completely clueless, and as for Ahmed I’m honestly speechless. Absolutely terrible experience...£100.00 gone down the drain.

Am finding it difficult to book flight, I was offered a flight and I paid £100 to Flights and Tours, they told me the £100 is for booking and it will be part of the fee. I was also told they will send me a link so that I can pay the reminding balance, every time I call them to
ask about the link they say to me wait the billing team is not yet in, the other time I was told do not call us we will send you the link no link has been sent. when you email them they do not reply. I do not want to keep
waiting please can you look into this. Please
do not go for this agency. John reserves the
tickets and you wait for Ahmed who books the tickets. At this point of waitig you are not
sure if you have the tickets which is
frustrating, please do not be victims.
I cancelled, it is not worth it, waiting for 5
days to get a ticket which was showing as
available on the website but they can not
give you the ticket it feel as a scam. Please
do not book with them. Flights and Tours.
When I cancelled with flight and tour, they sent me email saying they will refund £20 back to my bank card and £80 will be a voucher after 2 weeks of them agreeing on phone that i will be refunded in full. John called me asking me to reply to the email they sent me confirming that am happy to receive £20 back to my card and £80 in voucher, which Voucher I can use to book a flight with them when am ready to book flight again, hell no I will never come back to book any flight with flights and Tours. They are now making it look like it is not they fault it is the airlines fault. Please when you see flights and Tours run 🏃‍♀️ don't book with them. The frustration you will get yet you are paying or you will be paying for the ticket it is not worth it. I used Skyline booking website and I get myself eticket, all paid on the same day I booked, ticket sent on my email same day no frustration. Please use skyline.com to book you flights and holiday package they are good, am told also Ebooking.com is good try them to avoid frustration.

The kindness of the staff and others

John and Ahmed provided me with an excellent service, making sure I got the best deal with one of the best airlines at the peak period season and I am very happy with the services I got from both of them.

Terrible service, They have bad communication, they raise flights prices on you and try to force you to buy tickets way higher than previously agreed. They dont refund your full deposit even when they are the one at fault. DO NOT USE.

I paid 200 deposit for 2 people, they enquired to change name of passenger via email, they didn't respond to the email, with alternative prices, and to let me know whether i want to loose my current booking, but instead cancelled my booking immediately and tried to up sell me tickets £600 more than previous price. I refused that, and asked why they didnt communicate this difference, instead they tried to offer me £600 claim back upon purchasing the tickets. I could not afford the increase and they had cancelled my booking, without authorization, I demanded a refund and on £50 has been returned. Even though they said multiple times they would issue a full refund.

I had a profession service from the tour agent Sarmad Esan, he looked through the different air lines that are available at my chosen date and got the best deal form. This took sometime but it was worth the effort.

I was asked to pay £100 deposit to secure my seat with virgin later I was the seat is no more available I was upset but John and Hamed sorted it out for me find me a better seat also give me a voucher to spend on my next booking

Perseverance and good communication from Sarmad was very useful, he exhibited good customer relation character by been calm and his explanations were details

These guys got me to pay £100 deposit for my flights. A week later - still no confirmation or e ticket. Samand had one excuse after the other, none of which made any sense at all. He bombarded me with calls, always apologetic and sounding very concerned. He claimed to be helping me resolve the ‘issue’ … and he blamed the airline for the error. He eventually tried to sell me a significantly more expensive ticket. Refused to refund my deposit too saying that I had to pay a cancellation fee of £85!!! BEWARE!!!

Sarmad gave an excellent resolution to my experiences. Well done. Will keep using this agency

These guys are based in INDIA, scamming poeple by asking for £100 deposit to secure their "seat" i called up the airline direct and asked if the flight is fully booked and they said yes, however "Sarmad" said they still have a seat left which is absolute bullshit, kept on putting me on hold when i was asking questions. When i said no they tried to offer me a lower price which is IMPOSSIBLE. Anyways before booking with these scammers pls read everyones reviews. Oh yh, they also use fake names :)

We have had a very nail biting three days in booking our flights to Mauritius but with the reassuring help from Sarmad after Air Mauritius upped their price at the last minute, Sarmad did everything to help us get a good deal with another airline. We want to thank him wholeheartedly for his calm and diligence personality in getting us the best deal under the circumstances.Thank you so much Sarmad.
