Worst customer service that i have ever experienced !
I booked a trip through flightconnections and 1 month before departure I found out (on my own) that my flight was rescheduled from afternoon to morning flight. Flightconnections did not inform me, they did not update their App... I contacted them and complained but they only replyed that they havent confirmed the flight change ! -This would potentially leave me in the airport and the flight long gone. Dont ever book with this company !!!!

I found FlightConnections to be largely pointless and unreliable. The main purpose of the platform is to provide accurate flight route information, but unfortunately, the data is often outdated or simply incorrect. Many routes shown as available either don’t exist anymore, operate seasonally without being indicated, or are missing entirely. This makes it frustrating and misleading, especially when you’re trying to plan travel efficiently.

Seller refunded on request without argument. I expected a different premium experience ( my fault ). Owner has integrity, just wasn't for me. Site was snappy, and calculated good connections and average prices well.

Shows completely wrong and unrealistic prices. Useless because of that. Since the price they show could be 60 eur, but in reality its 200 eur I would go as far as to call it a scam. I have asked for a refund. Also they don't respond regarding my complaint or request for refund. Next for me is to report them to VISA.

Used to be a valuable tool, and I didn't mind seeing the ads. Now, basically, it's unusable, with intrusive ads that you can't get rid of and which cover up navigation. Avoid.

very agressive marketing and no info how to stop a membership on the web page - also no trial period available !!!

No Information available how to stop membership, yet they keep trying to charge my card, sometimes twice a month. The website offers no cancel membership option, just a renew option whilst still trying to charge me.

AVOID Flight Connections Membership, it's not worth the hassle.

The app worked excellently the 2 years I used it , with accurate information on the routes, and access to the prices. There was an issue with a refund that was dealt professionally with in less than 2 days (Roy).

My subscription has been renewed without my consent and customer service is not responding to refund claims. Service is useless there is literally nothing there what you cannot find for free

Scammy site. Ads for days. Anything useful is behind a paywall.

Starting with having to accept email communications just to get to the second screen of registration where the price is finally revealed... and just see the other reviews for the rest.

Such a pity since the idea and the web itself seem great

everything is made to make you crazy! ads or pay, pay and get spy with their systems, get confuse and lost as they change your seach . . . very bad to use! (sorry for my english).

They put bloatware trackers on your browser startup - stay away from these guys.
Every time you start your browser their crappy website starts with a popup

No Information available how to stop membership and renew process

I regret for not reading the reviews prior to purchase. Apparently charging customer twice is a common thing. Tried to contact the customer support but it’s like a raindrop in the sea with zero response..
Something to avoid.

No Notice on Renewal.

The website is difficult to use because it lumps flights from different vendors and makes it hard to filter enough things at the same time. I have never successfully used the site to find a trip. The company also charged my credit card automatically for another year and emailed me about it afterwards. I cancelled but have another full year that I have no use for. This is intentional. I get renewal emails for other services BEFORE it is too late to pay the fee! Avoid this website!

First, Flightconnections attempted to charge me without prior notice on 18.06.2023.
Then they sent me no less than 12 emails notifying me of an unsuccessful charge.
I've gone to the app and chose not to extend my subscription. They've kept spamming me that the charge was unsuccessful. What charge?

Then, since I generally like the app, I tried to get a new yearly subscription on 30.06.2023. Paid 35.88€ for the Premium 1y - but the app keeps telling me I have no subscription. Hmm, interesting.
I've sent an email to flight connections support asking what's going on. No response.

Then, out of the blue - I've been charged 35.88€ again on 05.07.2023. I've sent another email to flight connections support. After another two days, no response.
I've canceled my credit card.

I've been refunded within two hours of my original post.

My subscription was renewed without my consent. I reached out to support over a week ago for a refund. They ignored my refund request and sent me to a page to cancel my subscription. That response took a week and doesn't address my primary concern. Terrible support.
