Excellent service as usual. All staff helpful. Mel covered all requests and was full of knowledge with airlines and routes etc. She was efficient and friendly as always.

Family holiday to Vietnam
I visited Sophie at Flight Centre in Romford today to discuss a Vietnam tour, and as always, she was incredibly helpful. We had a great conversation, and she took the time to answer all my questions. My family previously had a fantastic trip to China and Japan thanks to Sophie’s advice and planning, so I have complete confidence in her recommendations. Sophie (Curtis) is a real star and a consummate professional.
She took time to understand and question my needs to find the best options to meet them then drill down from there.
Sophie was both pleasant and engaging and made me feel she genuinely wanted to help and take as much time as I needed to ensure she could help book the holiday I wanted and was best for me and my party.

Friendly & Efficient
Amy was delightful! She was very knowledgeable and helpful and remembered my details from the previous week.
I had never used the Flight Centre before but I'm glad I booked my daughter's flights with them. I feel much more confident that it's all taken care of than had I booked on-line myself.
I would definitely use them again. All staff were friendly and welcoming.
