We recently booked our holiday to Spain through the Flight Centre Richmond branch, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish.

A special thank you to Kimberly Humphreys, who went above and beyond to make everything so easy for us. She was incredibly helpful, patient, calm, and always approachable. No question was ever too much trouble, and she resolved every query or concern quickly and professionally.

Kimberly made the whole booking process completely stress-free, and her excellent customer service gave us great confidence throughout our trip planning. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely caring.

I can’t praise or thank Kimberly enough for everything she did. She is a real credit to Flight Centre, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again. Highly recommended!

During a six month stay in Australia I was diagnosed with a serious illness the treatment of which ment that I would not be fit to travel on my scheduled flight back to England, I contacted Sacha Johnstone , my contact at Richmond Flight Centre, and explained the situation, which was very stressful for me and she told me not to worry at all , I gave her the date of when I would be fit to travel and she rescheduled everything for me without me having to worry about a thing, it really made things so much less stressful for me and I am very grateful for that

Flight Centre make booking flights so easy; there are lots of online tools available, but it can be so overwhelming with so much information, and figuring out hidden fees, best dates to fly etc. Flight Centre took my requirements and provided me with an excellent option that was cheaper than what I would have got online for a direct flight and better flight times. Alana at the Richmond Centre was a gem - highly recommend.

We decided to travel at short notice to British Columbia and needed to put plans in place with flights and accommodation and take the option of a train ride through the Rockies.
Flight Centre, Richmond office answer the call and plan A &plan B were put to the test.
The thirteen night package was agreed with the outbound flight to Vancouver and the return from Calgary. Only two seats left on the return.

We always use Jessica for our international flights and she is delightful to work with. Everything goes smoothly and it’s lovely to catch up with her.

Excellent interpersonal skills and communication. Knowledge of passport/visa restrictions that I was not aware of. Helped me get flights when everything was fully booked so I could travel for a family funeral.

Alana was absolutely brilliant. We gave her a ridiculously broad brief and she came up with a solution that has granted all our holiday wishes. We're so excited to go now.

We had a gorgeous trip to Japan planned by the lovely Sasha. Everything from the flights (even connecting flights) to the hotels was a smooth sailing. Would definitely recommend people to book other trips with Flight Centre.

Excellent personal service from Rachael at Flight Centre Richmond, including pre- and post-trip calls to check all was well. Would definitely use them again when needed.
